Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Cedar Falls

I went to this location 11/27/2023 and I’ll never go again. I had a coupon for $7 off an order of $25 or more. I tried to use it on my mobile order and it wouldn’t work. I went inside as I was already at the restaurant just sitting in my car trying to order for a pickup. I walk in and there no employees to be seen. No one at the host stand so I wait at the counter. It takes 10 minutes for someone to come upfront. I tell the employees I’m having issues with my coupon and wanted to see if I could just order inside and still get the offer. She starts taking pictures of the coupon and said she ask the manager. She goes does that and when she arrives back to me she says the manager said they can do $5 off and then walks away. I continue to stand at the counter for an additional 20 minutes. The manager then comes out and gets on the register. She doesn’t say hi or ask me if I’m being helped. She continues to do whatever she doing on the register and after 5 minutes she ask me if I’ve been helped as I’m looking at her pretty upset at this point. I proceeded to tell her the same thing I told the other employee. My coupon not working I’m even showing her the coupon on my phone. She takes my order and then said it wasn’t working. She says maybe the system needs to update and ask me to wait 10-15 minutes and she be back out. She doesn’t apologize for the inconvenience she doesn’t offer me a water. 25 minutes later and she still didn’t return and there no other employees on the floor to grab their attention. At this point I’ve been there for an hour. I finally get me food and I drive home I live 5 min away and it all cold and honestly not the great tasting. This was a horrible experience with subpar food I definitely don’t recommend as I’ll never go back and make sure I tell my family and friends the same. Save your money and your time this...

Incomplete order: vegetables, salad dressing Long wait time Food not hot Good salad Placed an order online over 2 hours before picking it up. The order was simple: 18-20 wings with 4 different sauces, 4 boats of celery/carrots, two salads (one with BBQ ranch, the other Lemon Vinagarette dressing) When I arrived they said that it will be 10 minutes before I could leave. I had to wait another 25 minutes before the wings were done. I was in a rush out the door to get home with dinner (it's now nearly 7:40pm), and didn't check the bag - which was a mistake. Once I arrived home, the wings were lukewarm (easy microwave fix), unpacked the salads (which were actually good!) and noticed that all SIX dressing containers were either tartar sauce or plain ranch (wth). Also, I had asked for 4 boats (celery+carrots) and those were missing. The expectation of every order should be that it is accurate when I place it, and done on-time, as it states in the ordering process. I shouldn't have to place an order and compensate by making the pickup time 15-20 minutes before I want it to be actually ready, just so they can get it done when I need it to be done. I won't be ordering online from this location because even after being in business for over a year with online ordering, they still can't get their hands around how to prepare online order in a timely manner - there appears to be no pre-prep and they started making the order when I got there. While I was waiting, I heard them struggling with how to handle a DoorDash order - so if you're thinking about using DoorDash, don't - you'll get a lukewarm incomplete order. Worst experience ever. My family and I waited about an hour before any of us got our food. When we did, only one meal came (wings) out and it was so cold it seemed like it had been sitting for an hour. The next meal was a wrap that was as hard as a rock. It also came with 3 dollar onion rings which were very small and only came with 4 and a half. Our appetizer (cheese curds) came out next which were somewhat hot, but we’re very burn’t. The next cold and pathetic meal that came out was the bird dawgs with a side of tater tots. The bun was 6 inches and the chicken maybe filled an inch with it. The coleslaw was also very disgusting. And don’t even get me started on how nasty the tater tot’s were. Our last order was for our youngest and was somewhat decent. We ordered 6 traditional wings, which were warm, with a side of a week old Mac and cheese (which didn’t come out for about 20 minutes after the wings). Every table around us was saying on how nasty, cold, and long their meals took. When it was our turn to complain, the manager was saying how he would take 50% of our meal off. So we chocked down our meal and waited for the bill which took around 15 minutes. When it did our server, which was the only good person working there (even though she didn’t get our refills or silverware often), have us the full bill. We were furious and demanded the manager. She and a few other workers went and looked for him. However, he was no where in sight and we presumed he left. So our server took a lot off and we walked out.
