Hands down this is my best furniture shopping experience ever!!! My husband and I recently gave my Mom our furniture and were in need of living room furniture. We had been looking all over Dallas for about a month and came across Home Zone. My husband visited the store first and met Marcus who was very informative and helpful. I later joined him a few days later to check out the sofa/loveseat that he was interested in. As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and one of the guys remembered seeing my husband in the store before. Once he told them that he was bringing me back to see the furniture, they told us to let them know if we had any questions and they allowed us to look around freely without pressuring us or following us around. We took our time, got comfortable on the sofas and they even allowed us to rearrange the furniture to see how we liked a different set up than how it was displayed in the store. We spoke with Thomas, the General Manager, and he gave us the background on the company, the description of the furniture we liked, and went over the 3-year warranty plan...he did the whole "show & tell". Every question we had (and we had a lot) was answered, and when Thomas was tending to a phone call, Joshua and Savion (sales reps) both answered the remainder of our questions. They were both also helpful, never pushy, an very informative. After several more questions from us, we decided to purchase right then and there. Where do I even begin!!

I had started my furniture shopping almost a month ago and couldn’t really find the elegant and classy look I was going for until my mom remembered “Home Zone” after needing to run a quick errand. I found EVERY piece to my complete home after the help of Mr. Vernon aka Big Vern. He was patient, welcoming, and inviting in helping someone such as myself who is new to furniture shopping finding the best pieces of my visualization board come all into fruition. Mr. Vernon definitely deserves a raise from not just his hospitality but his knowledgeability and adaptability in knowing what he is talking about and being patient with me. One thing you get a lot when going into furniture stores is the peer pressure of having to buy on the spot but what Mr. Vernon said that I remember is that “this is your place you will be living in, so make sure you are comfortable and it’s want you like/want.” Those words right there was enough reassurance for me in knowing I had the right specialist guiding me not only in my search but what turned out to be one of my 1st big girl purchases.
