Over the last two months, I’ve ordered Whataburger online two different times, and both times it was the worst Whataburger experience of my life! It’s like they purposely get your order wrong… And the burgers were miniature and sloppy little burgers and they cost me $26 just the sandwiches alone with no combos — Two Whataburger Junior’s with all the wrong ingredients for $26. And the time before that, the burgers were the right size but the ingredients were all wrong. The two orders combined were nearly $60, and I am demanding a refund for all of it but they are ignoring me. It’s been over a week since my last complaint and 9 weeks since my first complaint, and they STILL have not replied to my many emails and official phoned-in complaints. Never in my life has Whataburger failed me in my 38 years of eating it, and now I have decided I will NEVER eat Whataburger EVER again because I just learned tonight that the reason why the food has gone to complete garbage is because it changed ownership from the Christian family-based restaurant that it’s been all of its existence and is now owned by a DAMN Yankee bigshot corporation in Chicago. Mystery solved! No wonder it all went to hell… I will NEVER eat Whataburger again, and I hope no one else does either. Read moreThe ABSOLUTE WORST experience in a drive thru I have ever had in my entire life. Why was my wait for a #1 and two taquitos almost one hour? I understand there is a worker shortage so I give food service workers a lot of grace. After waiting 30 minutes to just order I get to the window and pay. I was thinking okay progress I’ll be out of here soon. 5 minutes after I pay I’m still at the window no food but I’m chillin laughing with my passenger. Someone comes to the window and asks what did I order. I say a #1 and 2 taquitos. Another few minutes go by and someone come to the window and says pull up to the line. I ask how long this is going to take? The window person asks someone in the back and they say 2 more minutes. I pull up and the next 4 cars behind get their food and pull off. I get a big fat nothing and 45 minutes have passed by this time. It’s 1:20 a.m. I have no other food options besides IHOP ( I should have went there in the first place). Then my passenger walks to the drive thru window to ask where our food is. After another few minutes we get our food. My burger was pretty terrible. My passenger’s taquitos just thrown together with no care. Needless to say I will NEVER GO BACK to this location, NEVER. The poor abhorrent level of service makes me question the management and training of the staff. They need the pay and work ethic of In & Out. Read moreI pre ordered my lunch on the app, drive thru wasn't an option on the app and previous experience warned me from curbside because I waited and eventually came in and still had to go back out and wait even longer when all I ordered was a large fry. This time, I ordered a whatameal with a tea, nothing special or added. Both drive through lines were packed I announced that I was trying to come through the drive through for a curbside order in hopes to help. She said I should come inside, not go to curbside. Coming inside would require me to still continue to wait in the drive through then still park and come inside. So I offered to just go to the curbside area and wait. She said no you should come inside so we can confirm your order. Eventually she said "ok I see it pull forward, we can help through the drive through". After waiting at least 10 minutes between the speaker and the window she had to re confirm what I ordered and I waited at least another 5 mins plus 10 to get out of the line to get my food because the person in front of me was still being brought out multiple corrections their order and they were again asking the person in the front of the other line their order as if they needed to start grin scratch to take his order and fulfil it.
