Bennett Technologies — Attraction in Cedar Park

Alrighty, tried posting this to Yelp, but they filtered me for some reason, so here it is on Google Reviews instead (screw you Yelp!)

I consider myself a pretty handy guy. I bought a TV. I bought the wall mount. I could hang this sucker. My wife, on the other hand, told me that the end result better look super good, or I was going to be in trouble...so enters Bennett Technologies.

I have used Bennett Technologies in the past for a much bigger project, which they did an outstanding job with. The attention to detail had been impeccable. But this was a smaller job, and I was almost positive that the owner, Michael, would tell me it wasn't worth their time. I WAS WRONG!

They charged me an hourly rate that started when they showed up on my doorstep. It only took an hour plus materials, and Ian (the tech who came out) did an outstanding job (the phrase my wife used, which was the most important thing to me.) Actually it took less than an hour, but they have a 1 hour minimum, so Ian spent the rest of the time cleaning up other wires hanging around in my home office and in my living room. Ian is awesome. Michael is awesome. They have a great thing going over at Bennett Technologies. They are now and will forever be my home audio/video solutions provider....

So we inherited a very complicated (for us) A/V and internet system when we purchased our house. The system was high quality and would provide a lot of value for watching movies or working from home with high-speed internet. Unfortunately, we learned that some parts of it were outdated, but we also found out that Michael was the person who originally installed the system 10 years ago.

Clearly, Michael knows his stuff. He came to our house on several occasions, updated the system, overcame hardware issues from the manufacturer, and answered all of my (certainly annoying) questions. Knowing how patient and professional he is, we were relieved to have his expertise.

It's rare to find someone this knowledgeable and thorough. There’s no doubt we will use him in the future when it is time to upgrade and expand.

Definitely call Michael. Anyone looking for a reliable expert in this field should consider him. Very few people have this level of experience and professionalism. Easy choice for us to work...

Michael and Bennett Technologies were great to work with in all aspects of our project. Very knowledgeable, thoughtful and worked within our budget. Michael was always accessible and communicated our timeline and updates in a timely manner.

We continue to use Michael and Bennett Technologies after the sale and install because of their high-level service and technical expertise. Michael is always available to help when things come up and you need help troubleshooting issues.
