I sincerely apologize for this negative review but I must.
Please keep in mind that this isn’t against the front staff or anyone in particular. They should be trained well to handle the orders when a customer is not happy with food.
Date : 28Sep2024 Dinner time.
To start with I ordered an appetizer serano pepper chicken which is extremely good.
Then I ordered Chicken Adrak and egg fried rice. As soon as I tasted chicken adrak it is extremely salty and hard to eat. I was sitting out in the patio to eat so I took the whole box and told the lady that it is very salty she took the box and took few minutes gave it back to me saying it is good now. But again the same cycle repeated very salty. I went inside again and told it is still the same and also mentioned that I want to cancel the order but very unfortunately the payment is done before the food arrives so can’t help so I told her if it can be replaced with Serano pepper chicken but no response. I waited for more then 5 minutes a guy comes and tells me that he will figure out something. Later few minutes he comes back and says that they will prepare Hariyali chicken it took more then 20 minutes and here it comes. Super spicy and salt again I literally trashed the chicken and the fried rice (the fried rice was also salty too but if I compare with their chicken starter I ordered this is decent). But with the wait time vs the frustration I really could not eat since I received the starter with salt again. The money has no value like I trashed the money I paid.
The staff should get trained if someone is not happy with the order they should be asking first at-least if the customer needs the same order or need to be replaced with some thing else rather then taking it back take few minutes and give it back the same one saying it is “ good now “. Since as a customer we cannot ask the staff to taste the food we ordered.
Sorry for the lengthy, negative review. I generally take the picture of the food as well since I was very hungry I did not. I just started eating as soon as I received the food other wise I would have attached the pictures as well.

Have been there couple of times. They need to clean their mess or they will end with with same fate as most of the other Indian restaurants.
Food taste varies depending on what you order.
tandoori roti - good couple of veg curries - too greasy, oh boy its like curry dipped in oil sauce. not sure if chef thinks it dipping sweet like jamun. can't really tell the taste because of the greasiness. crispy baby corn manchurian - taste was ok. It was saggy instead because it was pre made on Friday evenings. Paneer Fankie - good Schezwan fried rice -taste good, too greasy.
Disorganized: Messed up couple of orders. Veg frankie- panner plain tandoori - butter tandoori very disorganized. chaotic at the order booth with both orders and also serving pre made starters.
Minecraft menu: You will now know what is really available and whats not until you talk to one of the customer reps. Its a minecraft. This is like software programming where you need to be ready with multiple fall backs .lol.
Fu!! blown plastic ware: Hot food out of the pan is served in plastic ware. I am really scared. Full plastic ware makes me sick. We don't have harmony with mother earth and now not with our own bodies. I wonder how many diseases are waiting to be discovered due to nano plastic particles in future human.
Friendly and vibrant atmosphere : staff was friendly, at least that relieved some frustration for me. Atmosphere was nice. We were offered free Pastry for the messup which we have accepted.

I noticed HAIR in my food and I received no acknowledgement of their issue or an apology but was told the hair may have fallen because someone didn't wear a hairnet. The first thing the manager did was take the plate away from me to do an inquiry, throw the food in trash and came to give me an explanation on why there was hair in my food. The manager stood there with a disbelief on how to proceed further. I had to firmly ask that I be refunded my food cost and had to leave without being able to continue to eat because i lost the appetite and was frustrated with the service.
The front staff had no clue on what food they are ready with and they sold me breakfast when they had no Sambar. We had to wait 25 mins for the Sambar and that too it had hair. I also ordered parotta which didn't come even after 30 minutes into my order and this was when the restaurant had not more than 3 tables dining in and eating.
It seems like the place is buzzing but the folks there are inefficiently running around without any operating procedures.
Suggestion to management Please train your managers on how to handle situations like this, the easiest thing is to apologize, proactively offer to comp the meals and/or replace them. Whatever may be, we don't need reasons for bad quality food. All we need is acknowledgment and respecting the customer's discomfort. 3.Train the front register staff folks need to be updated/trained on what the kitchen has, basically they are blindly taking orders and stressing out the kitchen...
