This place is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. My 5 yr old daughter and I went to see My Little Pony and we wanted snacks. We didn't want the kids combo because it includes a candy she's allergic to. So we ordered a big bag of m&Ms and a medium popcorn. We also bought a small drink and a medium drink. The cup that's a small is a big cup for a little kid to hold on to. I asked for a kids size cup that I could pour her drink into. The cashier said no..they couldn't do that. I asked to see a manager. The manager Jacob came over and said he couldn't do that either. He tried unsuccessfully to explain that he could not allow me to have that other cup. I asked if it was plastic and he said no it's the same paper cup you have just smaller. I explained that the cup was alot for a kid to handle and he reiterated he couldn't do anything about it. I said the kids combo is $6.50 I spent $25. And you won't give me a paper cup for my daughter to make it easier to drink out of? He said I can't do that because our inventory doesn't work like that. I said I will leave negative feedback on Google is it worth it for a paper cup?He replied he couldn't do it. By this time I was furious at the lack of caring about customers. I said "give me that f$#&@ cup behind you" he then said "oh I can give you the plastic one." I said "but we can't have the paper one with a lid?" I also asked how much the cup was and I would just pay for it. He said he didn't know how much it was. Ridiculous. I told him they didnt know how to take care of customers. I am so tired of corporations caring more about profit than taking care of customers. I told my daughter to thank him for the poor customer service and I proceeded to explain to her what customer service is and how this company did NOT know what it was. I won't say I'll never return because the choices locally are limited but I will make every effort to choose a theater owned by someone else. This manager had an opportunity to please a customer, teach his younger staff customer service , and he chose to play the power trip role....
Read moreMy friends and I went here last night to watch the Fnaf movie. We ordered our tickets online ahead of time, and had no issues upon entering. Me and another one of my friends ordered our food ahead of time (2 hours before we got there to be exact) and scheduled it to be done at 6:00, as our movie started at 6:15. We went to the counter for online orders at 6:00 and asked the guy behind the counter about our order, to which he responded that they were working on it. We proceeded to wait another 10 minutes while still being told they were 'working on it' even though it didn't really look like they were (we could see into the kitchen). We didn't get our food until nearly 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be done, and when the lady apologized for the wait, we didn't even respond as there isn't really any excuse for it to to not be done on time when we ordered it 2 hours in advance. Then, when we got to our theatre and found our seats, (which were front row deluxe tickets) we realized we couldn't see the screen at all because for some reason the seats were less than 5 feet away from the bottom of the gigantic screen. Mind you none of us have been there before, so we had no idea they were going to be that close, and they don't appear to be that close when you book tickets online. Thankfully the theatre wasn't fully booked so we were able to move to seats further back, but even then we could hardly tell what was going on on the screen because for some reason they had it extremely dim. I spent over $74 on tickets just to hardly be able to see the movie, and my friend who paid for the food spent over $70 as well, which is insane for just two people (we didn't order all that much food either, it is just that overpriced). Overall, it was not worth the money and I think it's safe to say that we will not be going back...
Read moreWe recently had a birthday party in one of their rooms. The room cost $20. It was a decent size, but the room was less than desirable. It was dirty. When I arrived, a little early, because I wanted to decorate a little. I had to clean ALL of the tables and chairs. I moved a couple of tables against the wall to allow more space for the 10 of us to move around and a place for gifts. The floors were filthy, like they hadn't been swept in a month, let alone mopped in even longer than that and sticky in places. Needless to say, I didn't have any time to do my decoating. The cupboards had barely anything useful for cleaning, Windex and paper towels. And as for party supplies: cheap paper plates, forks and napkins. No refridgerator, which even if it were a small one, would have been nice. Then our pizza came, one lukewarm sausage pizza and one delicious and hot cheese pizza. Disappointed about the sausage pizza, we kept our mouths shut to our "attendant," who was there as much as she could, I'm sure. She was nice, but all she really did for us was make sure we had pop. We paid $10 extra to have unlimited soda. When we got into the theater, the attendants were very helpful and nice while getting the kids their popcorn boxes and drinks situated. The popcorn tasted old. Another disappointment. Finally after the movie, we went upstairs to the games. We gave each kid $3 to play games. (Our "party package" didn't include any.) They were able to play for about 5 minutes, and some boys were disappointed they hardly had any tickets. So in the end, we spent $23 per person (2 adults, 8 kids) and we will never have another party there. Overpriced party. We could have done it cheaper without...
