Little Green Apple — Attraction in Center Township

I have never written a negative review, i usually just avoid a place if the product of servise below standards, but i needed to add this review! Worst customer service ever. Went to this location Friday night, had my 4 year old with me. We were the only customers in the store. My 4 year says "Can I go to the bathroom?" I ask the clerk Can he use the restroom? Reply, no. The board of health says we can't allow that. I am amazed. She didn't care that little 4 year needed to go. Now understand, I usually spend $50 To $100 when I go there. Love the hallmark brand. As I am checking out, she continues to try justifying why . I finally had enough and told just ring me up, give me my change and receipt. She continues. I finally tell her that this the worst customer service I have witnessed. I would have walked without buying, I was under a time crunch. 5:33 pm 5/20/22 I went into the Hallmark store Beacon Hill plaza Crown Point Indiana. I was on my way to the gym after looking around for a few minutes I picked out 2 headbands went to the register waited my turn. When it was my turn to check out this woman who appeared to be an employee yelled to the cashier to ring her out and then proceeded to yell for another employee to come ring me out. I felt that my purchase was not as important as her's so I laid. My $20.00 purchase on a counter and proceeded to leave at which time the yeller scream never mind. . Customer service is rotten at this Hallmark. Shop elsewhere is my recommendation. Employee (Supervisior?) at register was very rude at register then she was mean to older employee and told her to take a break and leave the register in the middle of a transaction.
