Eric was extremely helpful. I called Mattress Firm and he answered. I explained my situation, that I live in Florida and take care of my elderly invalid sister in New Brighton from a distance. I order all her food and anything else she needs on line and have it delivered to her. She told me yesterday that she needs a new mattress but I have no way to take her out to a mattress store to try them out. Enter Eric. Once I explained my dilemma to him, he spent about 40 minutes with me on the phone explaining every detail about different mattresses and what he recommended for her. He was very sensitive to her financial situation and wanted to do right by her. There was no July 4th sales discount on the mattress he thought would be best for her but he figured out a way to give her a discount anyway to help her out. He was truly amazing. I know he probably didn't get as big of a commission because of the discounts he gave her on the mattress, box spring, and mattress cover, but he did it anyway. He really had her best interest at heart and said that some day when he's her age he would hope a sales person would cut him the same kind of break. I definitely recommend buying from Eric if you need a mattress. He's very knowledgeable and described everything very clearly to me so that I came away feeling like I'd actually been to the store. He never rushed me and answered every single question I had for him ... which were quite a few. I can't physically buy my next mattress from Eric because I live in Florida. But you can and you should....

As first time home buyers we needed to upgrade our bed. I'm always skeptical when spending money. As a mom and wife I like to save money not spend it. My husband & I decided it would be worth trying for a tempurpedic cooling bed. We knew we needed a king size and with my sore hips, back and neck I needed something that could ease my pain to sleep through the night. We had gone to the sleep store to get tested and see what mattress type would be best for us according to pressure points but after years of sleeping on a medium firm mattress we decided to try a softer one since I am a back, side and belly sleeper. The amount was WAY more than I wanted to pay BUT it has been WORTH IT!! The sales lady was so personable and friendly. In fact we talked longer after our purchase and made a friend. It did take me a few days to a week to adjust to the mattress but after that intial adjustment I have had the best sleep that I've ever had! Definitely worth the price if your able to afford it! We also went with the adjustable frame. It massages, reclines, zero gravity, Bluetooth connectivity that will also vibrate along with the music your playing, automatically lifts the head if it detects snoring and has a night light. Great salesman 3 years ago ! Great help but lack of knowledge at store with Bryan. He deserves credit!! however all info he was able to get from corporate and Corporate themselves has had me call near 15 manufacturers for a lost remote I'm highly willing to pay for. I just needed and still do need advice! It's a sad situation when a customer who spends as much as we did, need to do all leg work when almost half of the Serial numbers didn't match the names of the manufacturer, or phones they gave me plain didn't work. Terrible knowledge or care from corporate Mattress Firm through numerous calls and hours and hours of my life on the phone to simply ask where how I can buy the correct remote. I have all of the phone numbers I've been given. if I'm not believed, I can send these to any others with same issue .But if this issue can't be resolved quickly with any Valuable help I believe it needs Progressed to BBB for all of my time and hard work to be ran in circles for a simple q and A about 50$ to 75$ replacement remote for my 3000$ bed.
