I will never again utilize this store. Very rude manager. After waiting over 20 minutes to be waited on, a supposed “manager” waited on us (another staff member, who was nice, wasn’t able to do what we needed) to make a copy of an older document. We were told he had to piece it together to fit the printer, and it would look the same. What was to be a quick copy per this manager, it turned out to be at least 4 hours. The result was not correct, the color was drastically different. Upon stating the color’s isn’t right, he said with an attitude, that it will never be the same as the original, this is what it will be. Another staff member said they could try to lighten it but will not change much. I explained there have been other copies made in another state. (The original is a yellowed color, the copy a darker pink, not even close) Trying to be polite, I said again, I’m not happy and I’ll have to go elsewhere. This managers rude attitude became a bit loud saying he worked on this for an hour, and mentioned the cost, as he handed over my original and said good bye and walked away. When I turned to leave, I saw the long line in the store. I saw many smiles from customers, saying good for you. I’m not one to complain on a review, however he was a manager of a store. A customer should never be treated this way. I don’t mind paying for a service, if it is correct. I rarely have a nice experience at the Monaca store, this being the worst. I will drive a distance before going back.
Re: reply below, The color approved was the original color which was shown on the computer screen. The printed color was not close to ordered, it was dark pink, not an aged yellow. The print looked nothing like the original. To try to lighten would have ended up pink. Also this customer did not refuse to pay, but why would someone pay for something not satisfied with or correct, the item was not taken from the store. UPS get many returns daily for...
Read moreI’m disappointed with the customer service I receive at the beaver valley ups store. I specifically went to the store hoping to get some advice on a project for my classroom. I went in and explained I had never done this before and needed help. I was happy when a younger female associate would seemed she’d be able help me, even if she did seem reluctant.
I told her my idea for the project and she explained that there was a better way. I asked how much her method would cost and she said $14. I was very surprised and even exclaimed that I couldn’t believe how easy and cheap this project was turning out to be. She just smiled at my over excitement, but I thanked her and left.
I was supposed to get a phone call when my posters were done but I did not. I returned to the store to see if they were done and they were. A different associate checked me out and informed me of the total - somewhere around $95. I was shocked and thought there must be a mistake. I looked over to the woman who had helped me initially and asked her why she had told me the cost was $14. In a very disrespectful tone she said that she had told the posters were $14 each. She repeated this three times, I guess to drive home the point that this was my fault and not hers.
I am completely aware that I am the one who misunderstood and am obviously not knowledgeable about printing costs but I am still very disappointed in that, I went there to get help/advice not spend a small fortune. Also, everyone makes mistakes and feels lousy when they do, so the disrespectful tone that was used to make me feel worse than I already did is what made me right this review.
I would never not pay for a service done for me but it’s as simple as the old saying “treat others as you would like to be treated”. A simple “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding”, would have...
Read moreThe WORST UPS location I have ever dealt with!! Long story short, I paid next day shipping because it had to be delivered the next day or else the person I was sending it to could not pick it up and package did not arrive until 5 days after. My package then had to be sent back this place and it was LOST. For more than 15 days! I called to file a claim and spoke to Emily. UPS really needs to monitor who they have working for them. THIS WAS B FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!! This lasy is rude, unfriendly, unprofessional, and has the WORST attitude. She kept insisting the package had not been sent from her location, but would not even allow me to explain the situation! Once I gave her the other tracking number she finally "tried" to help. After I told her I wanted to speak to corporate about her behavior she then attempted to be more friendly. She said I would get a refund for the next day shipping since it had been a problem on their behalf. Two weeks passed and I had to call again because I never received the refund. Only to speak to another gentleman who told me I wasnt getting anythong back because the refund was never requested and it had to be requested within the first 15 days of the package being shipped. I am VERY frustrated I didnt receive my package, nor did I get refunded for it. I feell as if UPS just STEALS from their customers and hires the WORST customer service people to...
