Cash Connection Central Point — Attraction in Central Point

We purchased an Xbox one from this place a month ago. He told us we had five days to return it if there was any issues. Unfortunately we discovered there was an issue after the five days was up. We originally thought there was something wrong with the Wi-Fi at the house but after having a technician check it out, it was determined that the Xbox had an issue. I was not able to make it in within the first couple weeks because of the fact that I live in grants Pass and they are closed on Sundays which is the only day I typically can come to Medford. I explained to him the situation and they said they will give us $150 in store credit. We started looking for an item to replace it with when another gentleman came out and said we could not get in-store credit. The Xbox one had an issue with the network card since the very beginning. I explained to him it had an issue but he said in a condescending manner that they test the thoroughly all of their units and there was no way they would help us out. I feel that they have bad customer service and do not know how to take care of customers. What kind of company tells you you can exchange something and then five minutes later tells you you can’t?!? I Will not buy an item...

Rude and disrespectful male staff. Condescending. Needs alot of work on their customer service skills. Especially the gentleman that drives the large lifted white truck. He thought he owned the parking lot and almost ran someone over pulling in. If you need money and can wait. Wait till central point pawn LLC opens on Tuesday. Family owned and good down to Earth people in general. Do not give this company your business nor money

Super knowledgeable staff. Always welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend coming here! I was helped by multiple people and if they didn’t have an answer it wasn’t very long before they had someone that did. Timely and fast service. I purchased a couple of guns here and am beyond satisfied with the assistance I received. John is always spot on with helping me find what I am looking for and is also realistic. John provides information and spends the time to talk to you about firearms. I have gone to several other sporting goods stores and generally feel rushed or ignored in general.
