We were very disappointed. The hotel was dirty. Service was terrible. We had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels, and got one decent towel and one that was like a junk towel, so, we used it for the floor to cleanup water from shower. Shower curtain was filthy, red fungus stuff growing at the bottom. (Hotel staff, it's simple, bleach solution spray takes care of that. You should be doing that anyway to protect people from Covid. It is still looming over us--its not 100 percent over, not everyone can, or wants to get a vaccine. Variants are going to bite us in the butt, if we don't all keep things sanitized and clean. We are vaccinated, but left feeling like we should quarantine). The room looked clean, but my wife ran cleaning wipes, and surfaces were not very clean. She knows, especially where surfaces are a dark color, people get lazy and don't clean them thoroughly. The walls and carpeting outside the room were very dirty! Which makes us think they probably don't clean the carpets in the rooms either. Can you say "athlete's foot fungus waiting to happen." The price was outrageous! $226 for what was normally a less than $100 a night room, but, we know, supply and demand. Everyone is getting out since restrictions have been lifted and rooms are hard to find. So we decided to cut our trip short and going home. Guests: Expect to pay upwards of $350 for a decent, and very clean room at a nicer hotel. Everything is booked, all National parks are very crowded! We were surprised usually La Quinta Inns we experienced in the past were excellent, the quality has definitely gone downhill. We know hotels got lots of money during pandemic, this one did not use it like others to clean, remodel, or upgrade anything. Sorry guys but the only reason I gave you two stars was because the bed was comfortable. Other than that, I don't recommend this place. You'd think that for $226 per night, there would at least be regular creamer for the only thing they give you, a cup of...

The hotel is paw friendly, but everytime I've stayed, the room are extremely clean and the floors are fresh smelling, stain free and they do shampoo regularly.
The maintenance is always present to assist with the property. Very respectful, has a great since of humor and empathetic. He always has words of encouragement.
Tina, I aspire to be like her!! She is all around amazing. Very open, transparent, not judgmental and a WONDERFUL MOTHER!! She has the most obedient children. They are so polite and knowledgeable.
Being a parent of an autistic child and high energy children, they staff is extremely helpful, patient and were supportive.
I admire the owners for the valiant efforts in selecting their employees, I love how the staff encourages their employees to daily. I've witness the owners working collectively with the staff to ensure proper protocols.
Overall, I highly recommend staying here. I honestly would love to work for this particular LaQuinta Inn and Suites, as I am personally overjoyed, in how Tina and the owner conduct business. They are fair, and quality individuals.
In closing, I sincerely appreciate the fact that they are involved with giving back to the community, they offer support to community action agencies - which I am extremely big on!!
There aren't enough words to describe how welcoming it was. Thank you to the staff of LaQuinta Inn and Suites, Central Point. I appreciate the care you put into your hotel. 5 stars is not enough to describe the abundance of care, compassion and service Tina provided. Very refreshing to have her kind spirit as my parents have passed on.
You never know, just how you have made several unhappy days, extremely pleasant. Thank...
Read moreWhen my boyfriend and I checked in she accepted cash because their machine wasnt working and we had to pull money out atShari's. We were going to stay one more night but we were treated as if we were scum.. they said they had to inspect the room for another stay. Our belongings were in the room still so we went with him and the housekeepers (knowing we were going to get another day and our stuff was still in there. Because I talked to them and said we were getting another night) went into our hotel room without our knowledge and when we walked in it smelt funny all of a sudden. He accused us of smoking inside which we did not. We smoked outside and he proceeded to tell us that we cant even get a room if we are smokers because the smell sticks to our clothes. He said he had to go speak to the manager and then came back and said we couldn't stay and that they dont accept cash. And we explained that the night before we had to pull money out because their machine wasnt working and he proceeded to tell us that we just have no money. He was very rude and when we asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. I asked why he said he had to go speak to a manager If he was themanager. He threatened to call cops on us. So we just went to a different hotel around the area. The rooms were not clean as it was but we were there for our anniversary and because they had jacuzzitubs .. I mentioned that their housekeepers went into our hotel without our permission and he tried to deny it. But we turned the lights off and when we walked in it smelt weird and the lights were back on. I have never been treated so so poorly or like scum before by a hotel. I will never be staying at...
