Glenn initially quoted me a price of $350 per chair for upholstery via email and text after reviewing pictures of the chairs. However, upon reaching the repair center, he suddenly demanded $425 per chair. I reminded the staff that we had agreed on the $350 rate, leading them to confirm the original quote with Glenn.

Upon visiting the store later, Glenn insisted on charging $425 per chair or refusing service. Unwilling to pay the inflated price, I opted to take my chairs elsewhere. The alternative service not only charged me $250 per chair but also provided free pick-up and delivery to the beauty salon.

To make matters worse, Glenn failed to issue a full refund of the security deposit, deducting $965 as a restocking fee from the 50% advance. Given the numerous furniture repair and upholstery options in the vicinity, it's advisable to explore other establishments offering more reasonable prices and better...

Glenn is very knowledgeable and also friendly. Their work is professional and they produce quality products.

We used them to help replace our dining room chair cushions. Glenn was upfront about the costs and what we needed and we appreciated that. We called around to several places but we felt Glenn was the most knowledgeable and we could tell he cared about the final product he would be delivering to us - an important aspect we were looking for. GQ Interior also was familiar with and had access to some popular types of fabrics, including revolution fabric, that we were interested in - several other places we contacted had never heard of revolution fabric. He also uses high resiliency foam, which apparently is used in the restaurant industry too since they last longer - we were also interested in this for our dining room chair cushions which Glenn uses for his work.
