HUGE PROBLEMS: (Updated to 0 stars - I emailed customer service 3 times and NO RESPONSE by any form, including email or phone after several weeks. I am escalating this by filing an official complaint and report with Business Bureau. It will not end there, I will make sure others are aware. See others reviews from Facebook below - I am not the only one with complaints about how Regus operates). I had the lounge membership that I got there. I was told something that I found very odd - that I cannot check-in to use my member after 1pm. Second thing I found odd was when I was also told that after 1pm they turn off the lounge lights (WHICH CAN BE A LIABILITY - someone can trip, fall, get hurt, etc.) in the picture the lights were already off at 12:45pm. No lights put a strain on my eyes.. how am suppose to do work in the dark?
I was told they do this at other locations and that is FALSE. I’m glad they don’t do this to their clients at other locations.
I went to other locations and I’ve checked-in after 1pm, I’ve also been able to get water and coffee (which at the cerritos one I was told I can’t).

The Cerritos Regus location has never failed in accomplishing these two tasks for me and this is directly attributed to the inner working of their staff namely: Laura and Alexis. These two individuals run the center admirably, there is never a question too stupid; they are quick to accommodate any last minute request whether it may be about the air condition, questions concerning mail, an unexpected client dropping by with paperwork or attaining a conference room and at all times their demeanor is pure class. These two treat the center as if they are the owners and put pride in how the center runs and how the center’s tenants feel. I emailed couple of times and personally sent my staff to cancel my virtual office after using for few years & they still kept sending invoices for an year and now they put my account in collection.
