Starbucks — Restaurant in Cerritos

AWFUL customer service at this Starbucks and I’ve been going for a good while now. The blonde guy with the gauges, beanie, and Pokemon tattoos has had a HORRIBLE attitude consistently, with every visit I’ve made to this location. The other baristas are somewhat “friendly”, SOMEWHAT attentive, but this specific one (WHO APPARENTLY IS A MANAGER) literally IGNORES ME when I talk to him. Every. Single. Time. I’ve visited. I’m a very respectful mannerly person, I always say please and thank you no matter who I’m talking to. When I ask him something or give him my order, he does not even look at me, has never greeted me, and I can honestly say that he has NEVER RESPONDED!!!!! Today I came in for some water and was given attitude by him, after being ignored and having to repeat myself. Absolutely amazing how he even has a job with that attitude, let alone a manager position. I’m fed up. Not to mention the FILTHY condition that this Starbucks is always in; the bathrooms and everything else you can...

I have had so many bad experiences at the Starbucks that I avoid it all together. I have been rung up by cashiers who are EATING, I have been rung up by cashiers who don’t say anything to me (not even a greeting) because they are too busy talking to other employees about non-related gossip, and I have been told that someone will be right with me and not served for over 5 minutes while the employees talked about a boy who came in earlier who was attractive. This Starbucks needs to be cleansed in terms of employees. No one is attentive, no one is respectful, and no one seems like they care or want to be there. I have complained serveral times and been offered a free drink but it doesn’t fix the problem. I am a relatively patient person, I don’t mind waiting to be rung up, but I assume I’m waiting because you need to get a drink ready or a bakery item, I am not going to wait for you to finish gossiping with other employees as I stand there in front of you, close enough to hear...

Highly disappointed in this trip to Starbucks. Don’t get me wrong, I love Starbucks as much as the next girl, but the service was terrible tonight. The person working the counter gave my boyfriends mom a hard time for ordering a PLAIN coffee. He said that it was going to take an extra 5-7 minutes to make and acted like it was a burden on him to make it. Here it is, 10 minutes later and she doesn’t have a coffee. I ordered the new golden ginger drink and it is honestly pretty terrible. He gave me attitude when I ordered it and cut me off telling me they didn’t have the coconut in it. When I tried to order the new matcha drink instead he cut me off again to say I could get soy or almond in the ginger drink. So I got soy in it. The drink tastes like bubble gum. Also, I am overhearing another customer that their urinal is broken. AND my aunt had to give the staff the creamer container bc it was empty when she went to put some...
