On May 23rd 2021 a hotel in your portfolio(The Bristol San Diego) damaged my vehicle while in the care of the valet, after filling out a damage report and speaking with the general manager Rob Vaine I was refused insurance information and now a month later nobody will return my calls or calls from my insurance to collect information for payment of damages done by your valet driver.
