This Stylish young man beautifully quickly replaced my ZAG screen for next to nothing. In an instant. He also TACTFULLY PROFESSIONALLY looked to upset me with a blue screen which I was tempted but unfortunately thanks to Trump my budget is SQUEEZED! Regardless Mack, placed back in my hands a refreshed beautiful new Screen Protector as the company promised in a flash. He reminded me as I paid the nominal $12. Fee to bring back any challenge or need regarding my $1300. Android Ultra 25 Cell Phone or any other related issues where he assured me, I would be in great hands. Frankly I know now for a fact he means it abd it is true. My confidence and optimism regarding CUSTOMER SERVICE is ALIVE AND WELL HAS BEEN RESTORED!

6/17/25 I was referred by an apple employee to check out ZAGG cases & screen protectors. I was helped right away and got to touch and feel the cases and then they applied my 3 way screen privacy/protectant

9/19/25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came back today after buying a phone case, privacy screen, and camera cover in June 2025. When I dropped my phone and shattered the screen protector, I remembered they had told me I could return for a small replacement fee. I couldn’t find my receipt, but when I gave them my phone number they quickly found my purchase.

They kindly let me replace my screen protector and camera cover for under $25, which I really appreciate! They did explain that next time I’ll need to bring in the shattered protector to qualify for the replacement fee again, which is totally fair.

Love the convenience and ability to get a replacement screen protector installed quickly and perfectly for a still very reasonable fee (which unfortunately just went up to $12 from $10). Both Rodrigo and Jacob are also super cool good dudes. My only quibble is the dearth of such Zagg mall kiosks in Orange County, of which there is only a single one, in Brea, which is literally as far north in Orange County as one can get without being in LA County. I live in central OC and by coincidental luck not only currently work in Cerritos right around the corner from the Zagg kiosk there in south LA County, my previous job of 14 years happened to be in Brea, so I’ve lucked out so far on the convenience factor as I’ve been rocking Zagg protection since I got my first smart phone around 2008.
