I came here last November to get a wedding ring and I knew exactly the type of ring I had in mind and I had a realistic budget. I approached the counter and was met by a guy, and my husband and I told him we wanted to get a 10k golf ring with âdiamondsâ. Instead he took us to the ring with cubic zirconia. I politely told him again that I was trying to look at the Diamond rings and he kept insisting for the cubic zirconia.
I felt a bit flustered because I didnât understand why he didnt take me to the diamonds like I had asked; so I ended up walking over myself and looked at the rings. I asked for him to show me some, I tried them on, and I found a ring I wanted to buy. I also had earrings I wanted to exchange and pay the difference. I worked in the company before so many years ago and knew it was possible for me to do so within a certain time frame. He struggled a bit (probably new), so he tried to flag down his manager who visibly wasnât doing anything. She ignored. Then he walked over to try to explain the situation. I saw her shrug her shoulder and chuckle. I didnât do anything to her, cause a commotion, nothing. I was treated so poorly despite me getting ready for my wedding in the next three weeks. I ended up getting the ring, but my husband opted out of getting his at this location because the workers seem incompetent while the manager has an odd snarkiness to her. I love getting my jewelry with banter, but I will make the extra effort to drive to Culver City before I ever go to...
Read moreI just want to share this horrible expierence we had getting my daughters ears pierced for the 2nd time. I went with hopes of piercing one of her ears that had closed, since she lost her earring in daycare. The actual piercing was fine. The issue is they put a dirty earring in my 2 year old daughterâs ear causing her to get an infection. I didnât realize it then, but now thinking back he didnât even clean the earring before putting it on her or after. Instead he just tried to sell me a bottle. Here are pictures of the earring . Behind the butterfly where the diamonds are should be clean. Instead they are full of something black . Bacteria maybe. Anyways, Iâm sharing our experience for everyoneâs awareness when taking their babies to get their ears...
