Laredo Western Wear — Attraction in Chamblee

I called 6 times. Drove a hour got into the store. SO I CALLED AGAIN WHILE STANDING THERE. I watched them all fold clothes and ignore it ringing. Found a example of the jacket in women’s and asked them if they had it in men’s. THEY DID NOT HAVE IT. It was a least 4 girls working. Not doing a thing. Then had the nerve to ask when did I call @ 11:26am every two mins. And I showed it to them. Yeah. Who ever is paying those females. YOUR WASTING MONEYYYY. Maybe why you have so much on sale.

A edit in response: you must’ve searched the store after I left, because you most definitely all stood in one spot when I found an example of the jacket and asked if you had it. So to future customers I can say that is a fib. The problem is NOT you not having the jacket it’s the phone ringing and you not answering! You claim the phone was lost at 11am but I stood in the store and called and no one even bother moving from what you were doing. I applaud you giving excuses and explanations to every review of your short comings. But I was extremely frustrated after making a two hour commute for a waste of time. There aren’t many western stores so it sucks that this store is an option in the city and doesn’t have a phone, or decent workers to answer. Completely opposite of our experience at Cavender's, we had a wonderful experience at Laredo. The service was great and they offer a wide selection of both merchandise and sizes! There were staff members constantly coming around to help us find sizes we needed and suggest alternatives. They kept our selections at the register so that we didn't have to walk around with our arms full. There were plenty of places to sit and try on boots. Overall, there was a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere, and we weren't made to feel as if we didn't belong.

I'm looking forward to attending the Bill Pickett Invitational later this summer and will definitely be heading back to Laredo for the perfect outfit...

I want to go ahead and shout out the best team member Jose! I came into the store with an idea on the type of clothing my sister was looking for her chambelanes. I immediately started looking for help when I came across Jose! Jose was attentive, polite and patient with the group of boys. He helped my sister and I coronate the outfits for the boys which came out perfect! I admit we were making a bit of a mess trying to find the perfect sizes for the boys, but Jose was totally understanding and told us not to worry about it! 10/10 customer service for Jose he always had a smile on and helped us...
