By far the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. A few key things I want to point out that I did like before I go into my experience. I did like the fact that I was able to walk in on a busy holiday and be seen in less than 15 mins. What I did not like 1.) I had to pay before I received my massage. I thought that was strange because how was I suppose to leave a tip based on my service if my service had not been done . Another thing is, as I was sitting in the lobby waiting I noticed other customers pay after they received service. Not sure what that was about. 2.) the rooms are a bit outdated. Wall paint was chipped and the flooring was chipped as well. 3.) the person who massaged me never told me his name or introduced himself. 4.) the massage was very aggressive. Even after countless times of tell him too hard he continued to press and dig in my back. It was so uncomfortable I couldn’t even enjoy the message. I couldn’t wait for it to be over. 5.) after receiving the massage I went to the front desk to speak with someone. No one was there. I waited about 5 mins and no one came out so I left. 6.) the lobby was filled with men. Not saying men don’t get massages but it seemed like maybe there was more than massages being given. Overall I had a horrible experience and plan on never returning. It’s the day after and my back is so sore. I haven’t noticed any bruising but I will update my review if that happens. The person that massaged me was a male about 5’5-5-7, slender build, short black hair, and wears glasses.

I drove by and saw the sign (I was planning on going to a foot massage place closer to where I'm staying in Mountain Park) so I took my chances. I've been to many foot massage spas from NYC, San Francisco, Taiwan, and the Midwest (like in the mall). They all have their own personalities - this one was more like the NYC Chinatown experience where there is a room filled with chairs each with a client and a therapist. The light is low, warm and relaxing. You're not paying for a fancy spa experience so get over it. Perhaps I lucked out but for $30 I got an hour foot massage that included head, neck, shoulders to start with and finished with arms, legs and back. What isn't uncommon is you go into some of these places and start with something inexpensive but they pressure you to add on one thing and then another. There was NO pressure sell here and my therapist was super polite and nice. She was very present at checkout waiting for a tip which was fine. Considering she did a great job and the $30 cost she got a 50% tip and even then it was cheaper most places I've been for an hour long massage. AND they provided a frequent visitor card upon leaving - get 10 and receive 1 free. I'll be back.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the massage experience I recently had at the establishment on Buford Hwy. I was referred to this spa, but unfortunately, my visit was far from satisfactory. My therapist was a husky older man. Upon entering the spa, I noticed an unpleasant odor that significantly impacted my overall experience. During the massage, the therapist entered the room without allowing me sufficient time to cover myself, leading to discomfort and a lack of privacy. The therapist’s handling of the blanket was inappropriate, as he pulled it down excessively, requiring me to adjust it multiple times. Despite my clear communication about sensitivity to pressure, the therapist continued with excessive force, making it the most painful massage I have ever endured. I am even soar now, hours later. There were instances of inappropriate touching, including the therapist inserting his finger into an intimate area despite my explicit objections. The therapist’s insistence on positioning my body in ways that exposed my breasts by having me clasp my hands behind my head, then the next thing I know I was lifted in the hair by my elbows and he moved my body arriving in circles. It was both unprofessional and distressing, leading to a sense of violation. The therapist’s behavior reached a point where he got on the table with me, engaging in inappropriate rubbing motions that were discomforting and inappropriate. He jerked my body hard when he would rub my back in a up motion and kept making my behind jump. The use of hot stones on the back of my thighs was executed in a manner that simulated an intimate situation, causing further distress and discomfort.

I must emphasize that the overall experience left me feeling violated, anxious, and deeply dissatisfied. It is crucial for me to write this to prevent such incidents in the future. Clients should feel safe, respected, and comfortable during their spa visits.

As a customer, I believe my error was not getting up and leaving and not saying something to a manager. However he stood there while I was checking out as if he wanted to intimidate me. I just wanted out of there...

Be sure to watch your time because 2 of my family members were shorted on their foot massage times today. One was shorted by about 20 minutes and the other by 10 minutes. They refunded $20 for the 20 minutes shorted, however, they never addressed our 10 minute shortage, and on top of that, the receptionist took on the role of a masseuse due to short staff. You can only imagine the quality of massage my niece received since the receptionist was touching her phone half the time and giving one-handed massage while touching her phone. We would’ve gladly waited for staggered appointments or have one person skip out had they asked us. We had a party of 8 so that would’ve been understandable, but subpar service without accountability is unacceptable.

This was a family tradition to come every year with our visiting family members but we will not be returning after the receptionist’s reaction to our complaints. She was argumentative and unaccountable for her bad quality massage… My niece has had numerous foot massages from numerous people here over the years and has never had such a poor foot massage. I was in a different room and did not see this, but If it were me I would’ve complained on the spot and walked out. My niece is fairly young so just beared through it and let us know after she paid and left. Needless to say we will not be returning after this incident.

You’ll see In their unapologetic response, they admit to these actions but downplay them... Also said they only charged half price for my brother and this is completely false. He sent me a screenshot of this charge to prove it. I’ve never come across a business that would blatantly lie like this. So despicable! There was a $20 refund but the initial charge was for the full $50 after coming back to complain about it. Clearly they knew they short changed on time for the one but failed to address the 2 other complaints...
