Payless Home Goods — Attraction in Chamblee

Poor customer service…while I understand they just want our money at least smile at me before you take it…I was interested in the fireplace tv stand and the lady informed me the one on the floor was the last one. No problem at all, but then I looked at the door and it was somewhat not aligned like the other door. The tv stand was I think $200-$250 (I can’t remember) so I asked for them to try and repair it or take a few dollars off however, they were not interested in entertaining either request. Furthermore, I gave them another shot by referring my grandfather there for patio furniture. He had a difficult time getting up the stairs since there’s no wheelchair ramp for him to use his walker. Though, he did spend over $400 with them, this will be my last time recommending this place. I’m not a difficult customer but I do expect a basic level of customer care and satisfaction. I was sold a defective sideboard and since noticing that, I’ve been trying to get in contact with the store for almost 2 weeks. I’ve called numerous of times. Was sent to voicemail where it was “unable to receive them” then when I was able to leave one my call still wasn’t returned. I’ve messaged on facebook, TikTok , even messaged through the online site, and nothing. I’ve been trying to return the sideboard and get my money back and I can’t even get in contact with them and they’re unresponsive. Now I just have a half finished sideboard that I can’t do...
