Here is my HONEST Review. Story time. I've been here a total of 3 times. The first 2 were great experience. The 1st time I came here was for a color. A periwinkle lilac color. Made an appt early in the morning cause I know it's going to be a long process. They schedule me with Lan. It's my first time coloring my hair that is not brown or burgundy. So she immediately worked in me right away. She explained that my color will fade quickly so she would do just a bit darker color and each time I wash my hair it'll lighten a bit to the color i wanted. I was cool with it. The whole process took 5 hours to do my hair. It turned out great! I love how it looked even though it wasnt the color I asked. After two days with no washing yet, my friends asked how some strands were darker and lighter. I thought nothing of it since it gave my hair some dimensions and I love it. I really liked what Lan did to my hair that i decided to ask for her to give me a simple haircut months later. Now a year and couple months later, all the lilac color had washed off and in was left with blonde hair and it grew out. I have hair length that reached below my breast. So from the ear down was a light brown color(which I attempted to bleach my roots before it grew) and blonde hair. I wanted to try a new color since my first color turned out great. I wanted ash blue hair. I texted Lan sent her the color of how I want my hair. She said okay. And scheduled me down early in the morning on the weekend. I arrived early on the day of my appt. It says the salon opens at 9 and that was the time of my appt. As soon as I walked in there, lan was already working on 2 other clients. She said that she'll be with me in 10 min. Little did I know that all that I will he hearing from her is 10, 20, 25 mins and that I would be waiting for her forever. After 10 mins, I'm sat in her chair. She applied bleach to my hair, had me sat and WAIT FOR NEARLY 5 HOURS WITH BLEACH IN MY HAIR!!! I tried to be understanding. I didnt say anything and waited for her to come back and check on me. After 5 hours, I caught her attention and she FINALLY comes and check my hair. Keep in mind that LAN was working with other clients (cutting, washing, styling, and coloring) while I'm waiting for my hair to lighten. She told someone to come wash my hair while she goes back to her other clients. After washing I'm waiting another 2 hours for this lady to come back and out some color into my hair. I was so tired after 7 hours of sitting and waiting and getting up to stretch my back muscles. I just wanted to go home. I'm glad she still remembers me and finally decided to mix my colors and apply it to my hair. Here we go again with waiting another hour. It was already close to closing. Most of everyone was cleaning up. I've seen the salon from opening, busy afternoon to closing just for one color. She skipped my multiple times. It did not take this long last time for her to bleach my hair. After finally washing and drying my hair, I was done. So after 8+ hours of the process of coloring my hair, you'd think my hair would look so amazing since it took so long right? NO. IT WAS SOOOO PATCHY! It was so bad! The color mix looked great but the application skills were not. I was so tired. So disappointed. I havent said a single word of complaint to her during my 8+ hour stay and this is the quality of work she gives me after skipping me several times to work on other people, and had bleach in my hair more than 3+ hours?! So unacceptable!!!! Lan is good at mixing the color but she doesnt have good technique in applying color to hair. After 2 washes with color care shampoo and conditioner in cold water, the patchiness REALLY showed and it was turning green!!! Gravely disappointed in her. I gave her mommy hardwarned money m, even gave her a big tip despite the quality of work she gave me. That experience during the whole day was enough for me to not give them another chance. I'm NEVER recommending this place no matter on how other people reviewed this place as a great hair salon. DONT GO HERE...

I called in on Monday to make an appointment for Friday at 2pm for me and my friend and I DID request Kelvin (I repeated his name for more than 2 times to make sure that she got it). The lady who took the call said he will be available at that time and she would write our appointment down (I heard the paper-flipping sound). When we came on Friday, first of all, no one was at the reception desk to greet us. Someone finally asked what we were there for, I told them we had an appointment with Kelvin for the haircut. They were kinda disappointed (I guess they dont wanna waste their precious time on a cheap haircut?) and said Kelvin is not working on Friday. More than that, they suspected me about my appointments, no one bothered to open the book to check! We walked out without a ‘sorry’ from them! Unprofessional and arrogant! I don’t know (and don’t care) about how great those people are but just looking at their customer service, I would never recommend this salon to any of my friends or family members! I got a reservation and I was in there for FIVE hours for highlighting and haircut. 3 out of the 5 hours I was there, the hair dye was in my hair. At around hour 2 I asked for my hair to be washed off because I wasn’t comfortable with the dye in my hair for that long. They said “after this customer,” which was like 10 customers. But finally after another hour they washed my hair. I spent 30 mins waiting to get in a seat which is fine. 30 mins putting dye in my hair which is fine. 3 hours with dye in my hair which wasn’t fine. 30 mins waiting again which I was just so done. Then finally 30 mins cutting my hair. I don’t care about the price but it was not fun playing the waiting game. And anyone could probably go to another place and get their hair done...
