Nothing against the restaurant, but this is a terrible place to go to on holidays. My family came here once and we’ll never come again. It’s not because of the food or even the high price (we already anticipate the high cost). Hotpot restaurants always have a longer waiting time because of the longer cooking time. THIS restaurant has another problem that exacerbates the waiting time....the Z gen kids which makes up 2/3 of their clientele. A lot of them tend to dawdle after eating. It’s hilarious to see people texting friends on the phone while ignoring the friends sitting right next to them. But on this day, it just annoyed me because I👏JUST 👏WANTED 👏THEM 👏TO 👏LEAVE 👏SO 👏THAT 👏I 👏CAN 👏GET A TABLE AND EAT! 🤬🤬🤬
My family came on Thanksgivings @6:30 pm and we had to wait for ONE AND A HALF HOUR. They told us the wait was only 30 min. How they have misjudged so badly? The problem was that a lot of kids weren’t leaving after finishing.
From the waiting area, my mom saw one group had paid, but they continued sitting there....playing with their phones for 15+ min before they finally left. When my family got a table, we saw another group dawdling (not eating and playing on their phones). We actually left before they did! We were at the table for 1 hr 45 min (ordering, waiting, self-cooking, eating)! 😡😡😡😡
THIS IS NOT A CAFE! This kind of dawdling is not appropriate for a busy restaurant. Why couldn’t those kids be more considerate of the people waiting in...
Read moreMy family and I recently visited here for lunch, and unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience with one of the servers. This was our second visit
From the moment we were seated, it was clear that the waitress had no interest in providing quality service. Her lack of enthusiasm and dismissive attitude made us feel unwelcome from the start. It was frustrating to be greeted so rudely, especially considering we were looking forward to a pleasant dining experience.
Some staff made customers feel unwelcome through their dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and arrogant comments. The host's initial greeting lacked warmth and failed to make the customers feel valued.
Anyway, our experience here was ruined by the rude server, which unfortunately overshadowed the efforts of the rest of the staff.
On our first visit, a staff member named Jessica was amiable, beautiful, and polite, and we all liked her very much. She deserves five stars. However, this second experience was a huge disappointment. But to be honest, we all...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Good Harvest, and it was an experience worth sharing. Specializing in authentic Chinese cuisine, this restaurant truly delivers on both quality and flavor.
From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for an enjoyable meal. The service was exceptional; the staff were attentive and our food arrived quickly, which was a pleasant surprise.
As for the food itself, every dish was a delight. The flavors were rich and authentic, clearly prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of care. The variety on the menu was impressive, offering something for every palate. I highly recommend the mix pot, you can choose up to 2 dishes from the list, which was particularly outstanding.
Good Harvest not only serves amazing and delicious food, but also provides a dining experience that is efficient and satisfying. Whether you're a fan of Chinese cuisine or looking to try it for the first time, this restaurant is...
