Jason's Barbershop — Attraction in Champaign

I took my sons, 12 and 16, to Jason's Barbershop for the first time yesterday. It was a great experience for all 3 of us. Up until about 6 months ago we always gave them buzz cuts at home. The first time I ever took them to a "real" Barbershop last year, it was not the best experience. Both of them left feeling like their hair didn't look how they wanted, and in turn I felt like I wasted my money. After reading lots of reviews online for several places, I decided to give Jason's a try. Their hair was pretty overgrown and they gave the best explanation they could about what they wanted. Jason gave them both exactly what they had in mind, which were 2 fairly different styles. My sons and I thought their hair looked great, that Jason was friendly, and the overall barber experience was positive. We definitely plan to return when they need cuts again. And this time we won't have to wait as long knowing we have a place to go...

Jason deserves a lot more business. His service and cuts are TOP NOTCH. I was a first-time customer today. I told him what I wanted and showed him pictures of my previous cut. He NAILED it, exactly how I wanted it. Absolutely fantastic. Might be my favorite look ever.

Didn't listen to my directions for how i wanted my cut. For what it is, it is a good cut. But now how i prefer my hair to be.

Update i was so disgusted looking at what he did to my head. I took my clippers with a 1 guard and have to start from scratch. Don't worry Brah. I won't ever be back.
