Had a phenomenal experience. My husband was the one who wanted LASIK, so I reached out to a good friend who’s husband is in the industry to ask for Dr recommendations, and that’s how we ended up seeing Dr Perry. Long story short, my husband wasn’t a good candidate for LASIK (originally said he could but it was high risk, ended up saying they didn’t think he’d get the results he wanted & there’d be no opportunity for revisions since there wouldn’t be enough cornea left) - sucked for hubby, but definitely appreciate an honest doc who didn’t just take our money.
In the meantime, I’d already decided to setup my own consultation appointment - so I went to that the next day, and decided to have LASIK done same-day (there’s an extra discount for doing this, so keep that in mind when scheduling your consult).
Office staff & optometrists were all amazing, as was Dr Perry. The actual procedure is done in literal seconds (although expect 90 mins to two hours at the center for another exam, paperwork, etc.). Was a bit uncomfortable during the ride home (pro tip: bring a sun shade or something to cover your face from the sun even more - because even with sunglasses provided I was SUPER sensitive to light for first couple hours), but then just laid in bed for a couple hours resting my eyes. Got up able to mostly see with only very mild irritation.
Woke up today, less than 24 hours post op, about to see and go about normal life. I have a tiny bit of smudge feeling left in my right eye, but already have 20/15 combined vision today at my follow up! I’ve got a week of a drops routine to follow, plus keeping things out of my eyes (fingers, dirt, water, etc.) but otherwise I’m good to go!
10,000% recommend LASIK with Dr Perry and the staff...
Read moreWas happy with my consultation. Was happy with the experience. But, I’m truly disappointed with the results and lack of support addressing my concerns and issues.
7 months after my surgery I was still not seeing better, blurry vision every other day. Making my daily routine difficult. I asked for guidance and was referred to an eye doctor for an eye exam. This was done, send the results as instructed and a month later I was told that I needed to wait another 6 months (September) I have to wait. Nothing I can do or nothing was advised so I could potentially treat my blurry eyes. Today, I decided to call back as the situation is getting worse so I could get some sort of eye drops or any recommendations. Nothing. They referred me back to the eye doctor for any suggestions. How come? I paid 4k for your services, I expect some kind of guidance from the doctors who performed my surgery. Since I can see, I had to get prescribed glasses that I have to pay in order to see while I wait for my next appointment sometime in September. I truly hope that anyone who is reading this post can understand the side of those who don’t get the results expected. I understand that I’m probably one of those people who has an issue and probably we are not many. This doesn’t mean that we are less important. That’s how I feel. A number and someone who they collect their payments and by. Horrible experience. Still today over a year and a half later still struggling to see and no guidance from the provider or professional who conducted my surgery. Sadly, based on my experience, is a no recommend. Great for those who had a flawless experience. I was not one of those. The team at the Chandler Center were good. The support from those who I talked over...

I preferred glasses but for sports of course I couldn’t wear them. I even qualified for the $250 per eye lasik. It’s not a scam, it’s true. I had my consultation on Monday, 11/11/19 and the surgery that Friday 11/15/19. Doctor Perry called me the night before to ask if I had any questions and said everything will be okay and see me in the morning. I arrived Friday morning, made my payment and was called back. The surgery took no longer than 4 mins total. That 4 mins include a check of my eyes prior to and after the surgery. The lasik itself only took 10 seconds per eye. Afterwards your vision is clear but just looks like you are looking through a steamy glass. I kept my eyes closed the ride home and my eyes were just tearing up. I was advised to sleep for 4 hours or just sit with my eyes closed. I purchased a face mask to keep over my eyes and just rested with my eyes closed. After the 4 hours there was only some tears when I applied the eye drops. You are giving 2 sets, one is like an antibiotic that you take 4 times a day for only one week. The other is Blink tear drops just for moisture. You can take those as needed. They feel really good if you refrigerate them. I’m currently writing this as I wait for my doctor to call me back doing my next day checkup. When I arrive I was took back to do a minor test and my vision is currently 20/15! This is again just one day after. My vision will improve and sharpen as it heals. Everyone is so nice and professional. Great...
