Liquidation land — Attraction in Chandler

Liquidation Land gets 3 stars from me 2.5 if I could , and that’s mostly for just existing. It’s not terrible, it’s not great, it’s just… there. The idea of digging through bins and shelves and hoping to find a hidden gem sounds fun until you realize most of it looks like Amazon’s junk drawer exploded. I mean yeah, maybe you’ll stumble across something you need, but more likely you’ll just walk around saying “eh, I could’ve got this cheaper online without wearing pants.”

The prices? Not jaw-dropping. Not even eyebrow-raising. You can probably find the same stuff on Amazon for the same price or less, and you don’t have to dig through a mountain of off-brand phone chargers and expired protein bars to get it. The place itself is clean enough, staff seemed cool, but don’t come in expecting magic. It’s worth checking out once just so you can say you did, but if you’re hunting for a killer deal or anything worth bragging about, you’ll probably leave empty handed and slightly annoyed that you even got your hopes...

I bought an air mattress from Liquidation Land thinking that I would have been able to put this to use right away, but the air mattress that I received in the box was a completely different brand from the original packaging. The air mattress was definitely used for quite some time. It had an awful smell, was in pretty bad shape, and had someone’s name written on it. I returned the mattress expecting a refund but was given store credit. I thought I would have received a full refund or even a gift card, but all they did was wrote the date and “one item returned“ on the back of the receipt. Was pretty bummed at the quality of the furniture. We went to see them in person in hopes to bring one that we liked home. There were rips and tears, the lady just shrugged and said it comes like that, I can give you a small discount but that’s it. Small discount? Lady there’s a hole in it LOL.
