I am quite surprised to see so many positive reviews for Myranda and the team. We went through them last December/January for my custom engagement ring. Everything was just so difficult. We met a few days before Christmas with a promise to have the design sometime the first week of January (we actually left some family jewelry with them at this time). There was no discussion about design options, structure of the ring, etc. I didn't know any better but do now. After hearing nothing for weeks I finally reached out the end of January and received the design the next day. I think was trying to coordinate a time to pick up the wax mold which had been promised to be done within the week. It took me reaching out to Monica directly multiple times over the next two weeks to finally get the mold shipped. I received this February 16th. I loved the design and approved it right away. Again, it took me reaching out multiple times to find out when the ring would be ready for pickup. I was able to get it March 2nd. I understand the whole process takes time but I feel like if I hadn't been reaching out directly I would have really never heard from this team again.

I had my ring for three months, not even wearing it daily, before I lost one of my fiance's grandmother's diamonds because one of the prongs broke. I had to have the ring completely reset because after talking with an actual trustworthy and competent jeweler we realized the way my original ring was set all the diamonds were at risk. I did reach out to tell Myranda what happened and she did offer to do the remake herself at no cost, but after our original experience it just was not worth it to work with these people again.
