Tea Snow Boba & Coffee — Restaurant in Chandler

I have visited Tea Snow Boba & Coffee on three separate occasions, each time with the intent of ordering their 5 Color Dessert. Unfortunately, every visit has resulted in the same disappointing experience: they were completely out of the beans required to make the item.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I arrived each time around 1 PM—well within the early afternoon hours—and was told they had already run out of ingredients. Running out of key components so early in the day suggests either poor planning, inadequate inventory management, or both.

It’s unacceptable for a specialty item to be advertised and consistently unavailable during normal business hours. Customers should be able to expect that core menu items will be in stock, especially during peak times.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their supply consistency. Until then, I won’t be returning this...

This location is now my go-to! I’m really happy that this location was opened so I don’t have to drive to the Mesa location. I’m also very impressed with the service and drinks that I ordered. My family prefers 50% less sugar in their drinks which they were easily able to accommodate. Both the Sunset and Hula Hula were very refreshing and tasty. I specifically was looking for a Pennywort drink (Vietnamese rau ma) and I was so glad to see they had it! It was very refreshing. I’m looking forward to...

Solid 4 star rating. Drink was tasty & cold, boba pearls were a tiny bit too chewy but okay, upsizing is a great value, menu was easy to read & understand. Love the dining area which is clean, open, and bright with the open huge garage doors. I was the only customer there and it took me awhile to figure out to ring the bell on the counter for an employee from the back to come out to take my order.
