I can’t thank Lee enough. I frantically called her after attempting and failing to remove powder nails. Yes, I tried the acetone and it did not work. I immediately knew it was going to be a hard process. So I decided to look for nail salons near by, nail gallery and more popped up and looked like the best rated in the area. So I asked at 7:59pm, Lee answered and she told me the prices and then when I said I’m interested in coming in she told me they closed at 8pm. My heart sunk, I didn’t know how I was gonna remove the nails as I started the process but didn’t have the energy to keep going. She listens to me and says “how far away are” I tell her Its 7mins away. She then says “come in, I’ll wait for you” wow. Now that is great customer service and going above. I drove over in my face mask, yes. Clay mask and all, I walked in and they were surprised to see me but knew who I was from my call. She immediately started working on my nails. Instantly we knew it wasn’t going to be easy, the powder wasn’t coming off. She tried a few different ways to make sure she didn’t damage my nails but tried her best to remove the powder nails. She got them after several different methods including acetone, filing and cutting. We started talking and I got to know this human, she was a survivor, she was a worker, she was kind and made me feel safe and sound knowing she would take care of me. I felt like I knew her all my life, we had similar backgrounds and immigrant experiences. She fought to make something of herself for her two kids. She truly was an angel. This was a sign that humanity still exists. She made my night and truly through her eyes I saw myself. I got teary eyed hearing her story and why she works so hard. If you want to have your nails break by the next day with a brand new set go ahead and come here. I don't want to bash them and say they don't know what they are doing but my nails constantly broke even after coming back to fix them. Then when I came back for an actual fill they took off the BRAND NEW set I had on and put on a new one and made my nails the thickest I have EVER seen them. Given all the inconveniences I had with them they still charged me full price for the fill and mind you they still asked for their tip knowing I'm not happy with them because I've had to come way too many times to fix my nails. My GEL POLISH chipped and chipped time every time. It's gel polish that's why you pay for it so it doesn't chip. Between the times that I went in to fix my broken nails I wasn't the only one coming in to fix my broken nails that are freshly done by them. Don't get me wrong they are very sweet people but that's just not enough I'm paying for a service and I want it done right. If I were the owner I would compensate my client for the inconveniences without them needing to ask. Ps my fill broke a week in after I got it done and at that point I was VERY mad with them and just over it. Those nails were so think that it ruined my real nail. I've NEVER had a problem with my acrylic nails and most definitely never had any nail tech do my nails that think. I've always asked for natural looking nails and I have never had any issues...

I requested tips and didn't get them. My French Mani is horrible and I asked to have the line smaller three times and my cuticles weren't cut correctly and I didn't receive a hand massage.The technician was more interested in her conversations on her phone rather than actually doing my nails and it was $35. My daughter didn't receive a massage with her pedicure which was $25 to cut her nails and paint them. It seems really high for not having a massage, not sanding her feet and painted with regular polish products and she's a child. This is my second time hear I thought I'd give them another chance but I will not be returning I was also asked if I was going to tip.I don't believe employeesshould ask you if you're going tip.
