I Am A Firm Believer That Medical Marijuana Changed My Life For The Better! I Am Approx 40+ Year's Old, Diagnosed With Multiple Different Health Issues! (Diabetes, Nauropathy, Hypertension, Tachycardia, Degenerative Disc Disease, Hypothyroidism, Lupus, Fibermalgia, And Stage 4, Liver Disease, Depression, Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Anemia, Hepatic Encephalopathy, Secondary Thrombocytopenia, Asites, Hypokalemia, Fatigue, Migraines, Both Sides Of My Pelvis, Have Separated Leaving My Back In Some Serious Pain (On Top Of Retaining Fulid In My Abdomen) I Have Had 30+ Surgries On My Abdomen! Lately, I’m pickier when it comes to 5-star reviews. You’ve really got to check all my boxes to get the full 5 stars, but I think I’m comfortable giving 5 stars to the Country Grown location in Charles Town.

Although my experiences at the Martinsburg location are another matter, the CG of Charles Town is firing on all cylinders. In all honesty, the first time I went was out of necessity, but I’ve since visited several more times and can confidently say THIS Country Grown location offers the experience I look for. If I was in charge of the Martinsburg store, I might have all new hires train at the Charles Town store or something. Because it’s a night and day difference and I would be less inclined to say that with so much certainty if I hadn’t heard so several others echo the same sentiment.

The only real downside is the hours as the Charles Town location closes earlier. But overall, I very much recommend shopping at this store, even if you don’t care for CG’s products.

The team is absolutely incredible. They’re friendly but not in that synthetic “salesy” way. There’s no pressure from trying to upsell other products and my questions are always addressed efficiently and they always sound like they know what they’re talking about. They’re also impressively fast — I can be in and out in under 2 minutes, and that includes being let in the front door, checking my ID and medical card, getting through the second set of doors to the counter, pulling my preorder, etc.

To be very clear, this 5-star review does NOT reflect the quality of Country Grown’s own products. I’ve only ever had a so-so experience with CG flower, and then I had my bad experience with the cartridges.
