Very accepting, family oriented and diverse mosque, open 5 days a week with an exceptional sister's area. All 3 of the imams in the last decade have been amazing. Talk to the current Imam once and you will know he's in it for Allah... Best Imam ever...won't judge you and will guide you like Imam's are supposed to. Don't mind the rough looking run down houses adjacent to the masjid, the neighbors are actually all laid back and decent church going Christians who respect us and we respect them. But to my surprise this is the only masjid I have been to where the imam openly during khutba would ask parents to leave whose kids are crying or making some noise. Being the imam they should encourage people to bring kids as they are the future of the community but this particular imam should re think what he is speaking as people follow him.
