Poor response time! Contacted them to receive a quote, including shipping costs for a clearance lot of wood flooring. Took multiple requests to receive quote. I did sit on the quote for 2 weeks because I had to gather additional funds because the lot was larger than what I initially planned on purchasing. On Tuesday I emailed them stating I wanted to fill the order. No response. Followed up with a phone call Thursday morning. No answer, no return call.
