It's been about 10 years since my last tattoo. I recently had the most incredible tattoo experience at Mimik Tattoo, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. My artist, Stabby, brought my vision to life with a stunning Pokémon piece on my forearm that exceeded all my expectations.

From the moment I walked in, Stabby made me feel comfortable and confident. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and her attention to detail and artistic skill were truly unmatched. The care and precision she put into every line and shade were extraordinary, and her steady hand brought the design to life in the most vibrant and flawless way.

Beyond her technical expertise, Stabby’s warm and friendly demeanor made the entire session an absolute pleasure. She created a relaxed atmosphere, which made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. I could tell she genuinely cared about making this tattoo perfect for me, and she delivered in every way.

Im about four weeks out from my tattoo appointment with Kayla Ann(@pinkpeach.tattoo)!

I have no doubts that I will be booking with Kayla again for my next tattoo! My experience with Mimmik was nothing short of wonderful. This was my first tattoo, so going into the appointment I was a bit nervous. Kaylas friendliness, and the professional atmosphere of the studio itself melted any nerves I originally had and I was able to have a great experience. To begin, my artist offered valuable advice on tattoo placement as I was a bit torn between two locations. I was checked in on multiple times throughout my session (about 7 hours) and not once did I feel pressured to continue. We also took many breaks which no doubt helped me get through. After the tattoo I was given aftercare instructions. Kayla also allowed me to reach out online with any questions I might have later, which I am super thankful for! This character is super special to me and I’m so excited to have her on me. Kaylas art style totally brought her to life and I am so happy. I really hope to add more around it in the future. So I’m doing this because they’re doing tattoo gate pricing and things like those need to be called out. I originally sent them a message on IG asking for a new artiest to fill in 2 comic book panel tattoo that I have with just black ink with the two characters I want in each square plus one day it will be a sleeve in hoping that if I like the artiest that will do that too. They asked me to fill out a form, I did and added more details like it was two 2x4 squares and I sent a picture of my arm showing it’s mostly line art, some shading and the two blank squares. They came back saying it will be $1300 for it! $1300 for two 2 inch by 4 inch squares with no color!!!! I posted this on social and every tattoo artiest said at the most $200 per square but they basically wanted $650 per square. Although I did not pay them anything and I basically ran away when they told me how much it would cost, I’m just saying beware of large tattoo places like this and...
