Doesnât even deserve 1 star. The worst run dollar tree Iâve ever been to. 3 out of 4 balloons needed were out of stock, 10 people in line with only one register open, yet several employees walking around seemingly not doing anything at all, cashier was very rude when my sister accidentally hit ânoâ on the keypad for needing receipt... she realized right after she pressed the button that she did need it because she used her work credit card as these were expenses for an event at her office. The cashier then said âwell youâre gonna have to wait a minuteâ (for the receipt) w/ aggravation in his tone. He then started checking other patrons out while we stood waiting for the receipt. Turns out... we were there for 45 minutes just trying to get the receipt!!!!! And no one (not even the assistant manager) could figure out how to give us a receipt!!! We left without what we needed after all that time. Couldnât return it all & buy it all back to get receipt because dollar tree doesnât do returns, only exchanges. It was a joke!! So so frustrating dealing with these people!!! The ignorance was ridiculous. I could go on with things that they said that just make you shake your head, but I donât have the time.    Read moreI will never shop at this store again!!! I only come to this store bc itâs conveniently located across the street from where I live. I pulled up at this storeâs door on February 13, 2025 at 8:45 PM, now this store doesnât close until 9 oâclock but the so-called assistant male manager was standing at the door at 8:45p with the door locked refusing to let me in stating the store was closed. As I was leaving the store I saw where he had let a gentleman in the store not even 2mins after I had walked away from the door. Pissed off for being refused service I turned my car back around and I pulled back up to the store and I asked him âWhy did he let the male customer in the store and wouldnât let me in? â He stated the reason he didnât let me in was bc there were a lot people in the store which was clearly a lie bc he let someone in after turning me away. I honestly started to cause a scene bc at this point I was so pissed off bc I felt discriminated against. A female manager came to the door stating she advised him not to let anyone else in because they were running out of helium for balloons which had nothing to do with the reason I was there. I was like why close the store early bc youâre running out of helium and why not just tell customers that as theyâre walking in the store????    Read moreRude/unprofessional; low level of customer service from manager: The store manager (Dana) provides a low level of customer service. I received a confirmation email from the corporate office stating that my online order had been shipped to her store. When I went to receive it, she sent another employee to tell me that it was not there. I walked over to question her about my next steps, and she told me she didnât know. I asked about a refund, etc. and she just told me to look online and find out. She then proceeded to tell another employee that she didnât know what I expected her to do and that she could not just make the item appear... in reality, what I wanted her to do is âmanageâ the situation. She could have offered an apology on behalf of the company, assisted me with figuring out my next steps, and assure me that things would be handled rather than just walking away talking down about the situation to an employee, leaving me to figure out her companyâs policy on my own. Thatâs not good business. -Weekly this store is under stocked with items, unpacked boxes are all around the perimeter, and the restrooms are a mess also.
