Was completely disappointed in my visit expected so much because of all of the good reviews.
The food was really really good. I got the Shawarma and wings with hot strawberries sauce, which I thought was weird, but they offered to let me taste it before I ordered, and it worked well.
It took a minute for the order to be ready, OK it took a few minutes, and longer than it should have, and they apologized earnestly, and actually threw in a free onion rings, as a “sorry we kept you waiting”. Completely unexpected, and those onion rings were some of the best onion rings. I’ve had in a long time.
The rest of my experience left a little to be desired.
I got three wings and a wrap and a soda, and it was over $21,
I hate how their register asks for a tip of 15 to 25%, and it feels very high-pressure, that the person just stares at you waiting for you to select what tip you want to leave, before you can actually cash out. There is no service other than you order your food, and they holler out your receipt number when your food is ready. Why are you asking the customer for a tip?
On a positive side, the food service sanitation score was 100. Nice job.
But areas needed to be improved as well.
When you first walk in, it’s got a pine sol smell, which usually indicates that you are trying to cover up something, like convenience stores do. They really need to look at that, because it created a bad first impression.
Some mentioned that the place really clean, Just because they have super bright harsh white lights. Perception is reality, but I felt like I needed sunglasses on, and by the end of me eating, I had a headache from this. I will never eat in again at that place. You could take out half the lights in the rooms, and it would still be a little bright.
The bathroom was disheveled, and there was no hand soap , and the dispenser was broken, and the sink faucet did not work well and overall I got an impression that the bathroom was was not being paid attention to. All around the sink where gobs of caulk, where the sink had obviously pulled away from the wall, and all they did was fill a huge gap with one and a half tubes of a caulk.
Bottom line is it was a mixed review. Food was really good, atmosphere was not, people were accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I would consider getting food from here again, but...

After a long day at work and a few recent lackluster service experiences elsewhere, I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth, patience, and professionalism of the staff here. From the moment I walked in, APRIL greeted me with the most welcoming smile. She was patient, kind, and took the time to answer all of my questions without rushing. Her genuine demeanor instantly made me feel valued as a customer. Later in my visit, I decided to add to my order, and Andrea handled it with such grace and willingness, she made the adjustment seamlessly and with a smile. It’s rare these days to encounter people who truly embody excellent customer service.
Barbara was another shining star! She kept the restaurant spotless, moving with purpose and care. At one point, she even asked if I needed water while waiting since there were quite a few orders ahead, such a thoughtful gesture that spoke volumes about her attentiveness and heart for service.
Overall, I was thoroughly pleased with my entire experience. The team worked together effortlessly, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reminded me there are still people who care deeply about their work and the customers they serve.
