If I could leave no stars for the service I received I would. I believe the cashier I had was Ramiya at least that’s what it says on my receipt she didn’t have on a name tag. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a mango passion sweet tea. It seemed as though Ramiya had an unnecessary attitude with me for something that wasn’t my fault. I ordered inside but for take out and when I received my drink it looked like a lemonade when I ordered tea, I doubled checked with Ramiya before leaving are you sure this is a tea and not lemonade. She rolled her eyes and said it should be a tea. When I got to my car and tried it, it was in fact a lemonade clearly lighter than the tea as I suspected when I went inside. I went back in to say it was a lemonade may I please have a tea and with an attitude Ramiya responded well go get the drink instead of just fixing her mistake. I said oh sorry I’ll go get it then she smacked her teeth and said under her breath yeah go get it and walked away. So I went to get it from my car and waited patiently for her to finish with another customer. She then just stood there in front of me, like directly right in front of me inches apart when I had the drink on the counter. She then reached her hand out and didn’t try grabbing the cup until I passed it to her when I clearly put it in her reach. So I picked it up and passed it to her, she snatched it from me and rolled her eyes like I was the problem when I simply wanted the correct order. She then poured it into the drain at the drink station which I’m sure is against health code violation and threw away the cup then helped another customer before even getting my correct order. I don’t understand why it was such a issue when it was her mistake. I thought this was handled very rude when all it needed to be was a simple apology and fix the mistake rather then all this unnecessary attitude. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location. It was not the pleasant customer service I am use to at Chick-fil-A. I could have been allergic to lemons or anything and there seemed to be no sympathy when it was...
Read moreFor starters, I'm not sure why anyone thought it was a good idea to cut the drive thru in half and make one lane a mobile order only line because it just caused the order line to back up all the way into the entrance. Not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes in the drive thru and maybe see half a dozen cars use that lane, but it causes the regular line to back up so bad that if you do have a mobile order you still have to wait in line to even get to the start of the mobile order line. At one point the end of the line to get in the drive thru was so backed up cars couldn't exit the drive thru.
There was only one person taking orders so there's probably a 10 car gap between the guy taking orders and the cars waiting after you order. Not sure why the take the orders where they do as this causes a worse backup especially when there is only one person taking orders. Then when I got up to the actual pickup area, there is only 2 people taking food to cars but you can see multiple people inside just standing around talking and the two people who are handing out the food are very slow and having casual conversations with each other after being given food to take to cars which is pretty bad when you've already waited 20+ minutes to get there.
The drive thru is also super tight and is very difficult in larger vehicles. In the regular order line you have to make a super sharp turn with a column on your right and I almost hit it, you can also see that the column is very scraped up from where other people have hit it.
The food was pretty good except for the drink. I ordered Dr. Pepper and when I got it, it was completely out of syrup and had no flavor to it at all. When I popped the lid off the cup the drink was practically clear which means that it had been out of syrup for a while and I'm not the only one that got a drink like this. I also just don't know how someone can not notice that it's...
Read moreThis is probably the most (and probably only) disappointing Chick-fil-A I've ever been too.
They. are. so. slow. It's like going to McDonald's. Most CFAs are so quick, often times you have your bagged order before you're even able to pay. This place you're waiting at the pickup area for 5-10 minutes. Online order? You have to make sure you tell someone to make it, or you just wait.
Product is still pretty ok, but I've been here three times, and each time I've felt sick after eating. Not like food poisoning, but so heavy. I eat way too much Chick-fil-A and normally this doesn't happen to me. I don't know what it is, but it's no fun.
So many of the kids working there are standing around talking, goofing off, etc. I know they're kids, but its frustrating when you're waiting on an order and four workers are shooting thr breeze and goofing off while half your food is sitting there getting cold. It's a bad look. You'll be waiting for a refill and the entire front line staff just ignore you until you say something, even when you make eye contact with them, but they just go back to hanging out. Yesterday there were like three people actually doing anything, four people standing around, and two uniformed workers leaning over the other side of the counter (probably off shift) talking to their friends. All this while theres a line.
I'm guessing this is a new location with a new staff, a lot of them kids, and a lot of the kids who have never had a job before, but this location is obviously not the well-oiled machine that many other locations are, and it's really noticeable. People love Chick-fil-A because it isn't like other fast food places, but this one is just like other fast food places, which stinks because now I have to find something else in this area for a quick bite.
Hopefully they get it together! This is such a great location and I'd like to buy many a chicken...
