So I had posted a while back the incredibly poor service from this Bojangles location. I thought that after some time, you need to give the benefit of the doubt and give everyone a second chance. I happened to enjoy Fish sandwiches and was excited about the return of the Bo-Jangler. Mind you, we all work hard for what we earn and the Bo-size was just over $10.00. With that said, I have included a picture of what I received and what their ad looks like. When I opened the wrapping of the Fish Sandwich, the fish was still and actually a smell. Not the smell you would expect from a Fish Sandwich. I do not believe that people do not work hard, but would they spend their hard earned money on what they serve the public? If service and quality does not bring the customer back, business suffers.
This is now what we have accepted as Customer Service. How on earth to you serve Is biscuits and gravy in a box.
This location has always been a long-time favorite of Our Family's. With the issues we all face, it has changed the way everyone does business. I realize the stress that this has put on the workers in this and every retail industry. With that said.... this location, as with others have moved to a Drive thru service only. After placing an order, I proceeded to pull up and pay for my order. After paying and receiving my order, I pulled up slightly and check to make sure that it was correct. I had to back up and hold up the person behind me as the order was wrong. After sharing that I had not received the correct side, the young lady in the background was somewhat rude, as if the mistake was somehow my problem. We are all under extreme stress... even the customers waiting to receive their food. If mistakes are made, just apologize and make it right for the customer. Read moreI visited Bojangles on December 27 for my lunch around 2:30 in the afternoon. When I got home I noticed that a chicken breast that I had ordered additional with my order was not in the bag. I went back to get it no problem. Today December 28 at 8:45 this morning I ordered a steak platter w eggs I was not aware that this location does not serve grits anymore. I called the store and spoke with the assistant manager Shirley who stated that her general manager is Joshua Rowe. Shirley was extremely rude to me letting me know that no Bojangles offer Grace anymore she never apologized about any issues I face on December 27 after letting her know that chicken breast was left out of my box you never apologize for that. I was not aware that grits so no longer sold at Bojangles. She has an extremely nasty attitude her voice elevated over the phone. I’m telling the assistant manager her that my chicken breast stuff out of my bag yesterday because employees in the drive-through were talking playing she tells me that she was not aware of that very rudely also never apologize for any of the actions of the employees leaving food out of customers bags she’s basically blaming me for not knowing that Bojangles did not service anymore as if I should have already known this. I can tell by the attitude of the assistant manager that this is the reason that the store is so chaotic!!! Her attitude is beyond disgusting she acts as if this is her franchise the way she speaks to customers is no way to be spoken to!!! Fire Shirley this is a prestigious area to live in and for people to be treated this way by Bojangles employee it’s totally unacceptable I spend money here often! **Update: finally came back to try again! Waited in line for 20 mins to get the burt biscuit posted below...I really try to be a regular here but I've given up. I've called twice about the way the drive thru people ask for your order with attitudes, and just hand you the bag without saying thank you or anything at all.. they've messed up my order on a few occasions. Each time I've called they have offered to replace my meal at no charge on the next visit. I've never asked to get my free meals because that's not why I called, I call to get better service. So instead of giving out free food just provide better customer service until you're closed on just wing the last hours of close. I'll revisit this review IF things improve. Update: 04/28/18. Lowered my rating to a 1 star from 2 because still horrible wait times and usually expect to not get something, either either missing a side, dip, straw, or wrong type of strips.
