F45 South End is a great place to work out in especially the location of it. It's in walking distance of local coffee shops, restaurants, and the light rail!

The trainers are always so upbeat and they keep pushing me to do better in the most positive way. I like how they encourage me to go heavier or to do at least one more rep. The established members are also friendly and I love the friendly competition. It's the best way to keep pushing each other and hold each other accountable.

A couple of things I wish that were different would be to have more space and to have more time in between classes. Sometimes it feels a little cramped and difficult to really expand, but all members make-do and respect each others' spaces. As for the time in between classes, it would be great to have an extra 5 minutes or so to stretch after a good workout instead of rushing out for the next class to settle in. Maybe to supplement that, there can be a class that would be dedicated to stretching..? Just a thought.

It's also great that this gym hosts a get-together/party by the end of every challenge I've been a member for. Though I have yet to take part of the challenge, I can still participate in the fun! It is a great way to meet other people and to try out new local spots.

All in all, I'd still give this place a 5/5 because it is welcoming, while encouraging, and you can tell they give back to local businesses. Watch out for giveaways and prizes!
