Went for a dance competition. It was pouring down rain and they decided to tell us at the door that water bottles weren’t permitted. To either bring them back to our car in the pouring rain or leave them in a table outside unattended until we left. We were told we could only have CLEAR handbags, no clear backpacks but we’re letting people in with clear backpacks. And the security needs to get a life, they can stand by the railing laughing and joking but when parents wanted to take a picture or watch the competition from the railings they would bark at you to get away from the railing. This place is an absolute JOKE and is run very poorly. You’d have a better experience at a McDonald’s. We will never be coming back to this establishment. And we will encourage EVERYONE we know not to visit this place....
Read moreWe came for a cheer comp. Parking Parking Parking! It's terrible. Drive around a parking deck FOREVER, then you got to hike up Mt Everest to get to the door. Place is clean though. Food selection is decent but the prices are meh. I like that they had a common area for food seating even though the place was flooded with cheerleaders and their families using it for a staging area instead of a place where we could set and eat. Finally found an open chair and was able to set down and eat probably one of the top 5 chocolate chip cookies I have ever eaten. I would boost my rating but the parking situation is just that bad. Need to review map ahead and familiarize where to park. Was able to utilize a shuttle service to the Arena. Also, no bags or purses allowed and this info wasn't relayed to me so had to return to vehicle. Check ahead of time...
