Bojangles — Restaurant in Charlotte

My first time ever going to this Bojangles was this Monday, and I was not happy with the person who took my order. Even before I went up and ordered, I felt like he was berating me in some way just because I am Asian. When it was time for me to order I forgot that it is not 10:30 yet, I did not have my phone out because I did not want to play on my phone so I did not know my time, and accidentally ordered some lunch menu items because I usually eat lunch around 11, but ate early because I had nothing to do and was hungry. He just said "We don't serve lunch until 10:30." I was like okay because I forgot that it is still early, and guess what he did right after during the middle of placing my order? Talked to his co-workers and walked away for a while and stood there for a solid minute berating me that I ordered something from the lunch menu at that time. I was obviously not happy, and I would probably not come back to this Bojangles anymore. Also, the line is by almost always long! If I go to another Bojangles, I would just order and leave in under 10 minutes, while for this Bojangles, it would take a minimum of 20-30 minutes for your order. This Bojangles is always out of cheer wine soft drink. At this particular visit, they were once again, out of cheer wine. What angered me was the fact that they were also out of 24 ounce soft drink cups. Instead of giving everyone the 32 ounce cups, they were instructed to give out the small 16 ounce cups instead. No discount was given and i was told i would be paying full price for the medium sized soft drink, even though they were giving me a small 16 ounce cup. Everyone in front of and behind me were given 16 ounce cups with their medium sized combo. This is outrageous and robbery. This particular location is always out of something during every visit. I have never visited this establishment and been able to order cheer wine because they are always out. In a situation where the medium sized cups have run out, they should have been giving out the larger 32 ounce cups instead, and lost some profit due to the failure of ordering enough medium sized cups. I've visited this location before and they have been completely out of chicken....how is a Bojangles going to run out of chicken. Who ever is in charge of ordering food, drinks, and supplies, should have been...

Ok, so..... I graduated from UNCC back in 2002 and I used to come to this location often... There were most often neighborhood citizens as employees, but the service was fair & the food was good... Fast forward up to today... I was in town for a visit and decided to drop by for a taste of chicken bites ... Customer service was HORRIBLE!! Once I got to the window to pay, it got worse... She refused to acknowledge me politely... Basically threw the drinks and box out of the window with no eye contact.. No straws, no napkins... Nothing.. I could say more, but she obviously has enough to deal with in life, based on her outward appearance and attitude. Please do better University...
