Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Charlotte

It's a standard Chick-Fil-A, nothing special. However, they don't accept any coupons, don't do online orders, and the menus are fading and need to be replaced. If this was a standalone location off campus, it would be harder to get away with this, but they know they're in such a central location it doesn't matter what policies they create, they're still going to be rolling in dough.

Expect long lines if you come during regular lunch/dinner hours. They're not usually busy before they close, which is great when making a 9:30 PM run for a late night studying session, as it's super close to...

This was very bad. First off the girl did not even put the order in through the system because she got in a fight with a boss. Then we did not get our milkshakes and waited for 15 mins. Then the food was terrible. And last I asked for a vanilla milkshake and they gave me a vanilla milkshake with peaches inside of it and I hate peaches. Very mad about it because I can’t enjoy one of my favorite drinks and then there very slow and they skip orders and give other people order first when they just ordered. This was honestly the first time ever I wasn’t blown away by chick fil a. We stopped by around 11 AM ish and there was a young lady with natural hair and glasses working the drive thru. First and foremost she didn’t see happy to be working and she seemed annoyed to take our order. I just cannot believe this interaction took place at chicken fil a. I hold this folks to such high standards and they’ve always exceeded customer satisfaction expectations. I hope this young lady will be talked to.
