We purchased an Apple Laptop and warranty at a premium through the NinerTech store because of the location on campus and the belief that tech support would be easy to access, fast and customer friendly.
NinerTech failed in all aspects.
A battery problem that should have been easy to diagnose wasn't and we were not told that the issue would be outside of our coverage.
The problem could have been fixed in a day vs waiting two weeks.
This is unacceptable customer service and our experience could have been a much different with setting the correct expectations.
The store having easy access to all warranty information for products purchased at the store Diagnose an obvious issue Communicate that the issue probably isn’t covered by the warranty. Give an estimate on how much it will cost to repair Confirm the cost of repairs prior to doing the work Deliver the repair when promised

I think the second girl I talked to was like in charge or something but she was really rushed for some reason and was visibly rushing or being aggressive with her tone to me and the other employees.
