I was a traveling trainer for most of western North Carolina for almost a year. So when I say that this is the worst subway I've ever seen, that carries weight!! I have eaten here twice and never again. Everytime I'm in the building, there's about 4-6 employees just standing around at all times. (Or utilizing the ever-moving-sauce bottle but doing nothing.) From using the wrong settings on the oven for the veggie patty, wilted spinach, and underproofed bread. Those two sandwiches were the worst sandwiches I've ever had! It also somehow took 24 minutes from grabbing the bread to finishing the sandwich (not including wrapping or handoff time which was sad in it's own right). I am not normally one to complain. But a manager needs to get in there and fix this...
Read moreIt's fine. Nothing on the workers, they did great for a crowd of people. I believe this is just Subway in general. I payed $15 for a custom BLT wrap (no drink or chips, wrap ONLY). I guess they no longer carry the tortillas anymore because they put everything on a pizza dough, places it in the oven, then tried to 'wrap' it. The whole thing ended up snapping into a million crumbs and was just one big chip. I picked up my 'wrap' and it just broke into a million pieces onto the concrete. I think they just need to take it off the menu rather than still advertising that...

People having problems ordering certain items on the menu, when they approach the manager after waiting for 30+ minutes she rudely tells them to order something else. I understand the busyness with the new school year, but a team can only be as good as the manager, and with the attitude she had they are set up...
