I will never stay here again. This is my second time staying here. the first time was nice. This time, ruined it. First off, I didn't know you had to pay for parking when booking. I saw the signs for parking, but I wanted to check in first. I parked, checked in, came back to my car and I got a ticket for not paying to park from a 3rd party company they use. On top of the parking fee I had to pay, I also had to pay an additional service fee from the parking company. I was not gone for more than 10 minutes inside to check in. The girl at the front never mentioned anything. The rooms were supposed to have two queen beds, I was stuck with two full-sized beds. It was a nightmare for two grown adults to sleep in such a small bed. My kids complained about sharing the bed too since it was so small. The breakfast, if that's what you want to call it was a waste of time. If I was not on a time crunch I would have went somewhere else to eat. The only meat they were serving is pork sausage that was not even cooked all the way, and greasy. The eggs had water in the bottom of the bowl. The potatoes were not cooked either. I made a waffle, and lo and behold, there was no syrup. The orange and apple juice were in a container with ice, and of course the ice melted and the juice didn't have the actual flavor. It was a big mess. Honestly, I could've stayed at a Motel 6 and been just as happy. The floors were not clean on our floor. One of the elevators was broken, so everyone had to use one elevator. It took forever to go up and down. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is the room was nice, other than the bed sizes. For $200 a night I expect more than that I got from this place.

Not bad. I wish the sink was in the bathroom with the toilet and bathtub/shower. And move the bed that's too close to the ac vent over from the vent some.

The king bed room is spacious, However: 1. Bathroom: extremely small—it’s difficult for an adult to move around comfortably. Even worse, the sensor light turns off automatically while you’re in the shower, requiring you to step out and manually reactivate it multiple times. 2. The bed placement is a complete joke: it directly faces a giant mirror. It’s hard to imagine any hotel thinking this setup is a good idea—unless they want to give guests nightmares. 3. Air conditioning: The unit is installed right next to the bed, blowing cold air directly onto you, which makes it difficult to sleep comfortably. 4. TV positioning: Very awkward—neither the bed nor the sofa offers a proper viewing angle. 5. Soundproofing: Poor. Loud motorcycle noises from the street can be heard clearly at night. If you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs. 6. Parking: Parking costs $10 per night. The front desk asked for my vehicle information without mentioning the fee until after I had provided it, which felt misleading and borderline deceptive. 7. Elevator: The elevator is extremely slow—so much so that you’re better off taking the stairs. Please avoid this hotel.

I must say that my experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the staff was committed to ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay for their guests.

As a family traveler, I booked two rooms to accommodate my family and my brothers, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to fulfill my request of having the rooms situated next to each other. Their attentiveness and willingness to accommodate our needs were truly commendable, and it immediately set a positive tone for the rest of our stay.

The rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind. While the bathrooms were slightly on the smaller side, they still served their purpose effectively. Overall, the rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and provided a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast served in the morning. It was a great way to start the day, with a variety of options that catered to different dietary preferences. The quality of the food was impressive, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was well stocked and maintained throughout the breakfast hours.

What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff members. From the front desk to the housekeeping and the breakfast attendants, everyone we encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel valued as guests, and they were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests we had.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. With its spacious and comfortable rooms, pleasant breakfast offerings, and above all, the outstanding service provided by the friendly staff, it offers a truly enjoyable and memorable experience. Whether you're traveling alone, with family, or on business, this hotel is sure to meet and exceed your expectations. I look forward to returning to this wonderful establishment on my...

Part of staying at a hotel should be a welcoming experience. We were welcomed with a green pool for a summer baseball tournament it took 2 days to clear all the green from the pool. On day 2 when I inquired about laundry service at the front desk, it seemed I was inconveniencing her with my request based on the attitude, I was told that they only provided out sourced laundry service with a 24 hour turnaround time. Although that is all that is offered at this time, if you are accepting baseball tournaments it is recommended that you reconsider this since uniforms need to be washed quickly if playing consecutive days. Which is offered by other competitive hotels. When we attempted to check out a day early I was once again informed with an unwelcoming attitude that we were part of a block and not able to check out early without a penalty of 1 nights stay. However we choose to leave anyways and 4 hours later when I called the hotel at 2:12 pm inquiring about my invoice I was again told with an unfriendly attitude that I would not be checked out until tomorrow additionally my invoice would not be available until that time. I was also informed that the manager was well aware of the situation. The following day which was Monday upon contacting the travel agency and hotel and informing them of the situation I was told we were able to check out early and not be charged. They were apologetic and explained there was a miscommunication with the PM shift. Still unclear on where the issue was because I spoke with someone at 10 am and 2 pm which would not have been the PM shift. At this point the excessive charge is still pending on my account holding funds above my bill. I was told it would be rectified in 24-48 hours. As a guest in your hotel was not only was I made to feel uncomfortable I would find it hard to recommend this hotel to other baseball families. I will recommend to our travel agent to look at booking other hotels in the area for large...
