I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at this gorgeous jewelry store! I had reached my wits’ end with a stubborn watch, and the gentleman inside (I believe his name is Stan, based on other reviews) fixed it so quickly and perfectly — I was literally in and out in less than three minutes.
