CVS — Attraction in Cherry Hill Township

Note: my review is regarding the drive thru pharmacy, i've never been inside the store....

This is the best CVS pharmacy with a drive-thru in my area. I was using the one on Kresson rd for years but it kept going downhill and became a complete mess (grumpy/rude staff, long wait times, out of stock meds that didn't get filled on time, hard to get anyone on the phone if you have ?, etc;). I switched to the one on Brace Road for a bit and it was marginally better but service was still not great. It's just a bit farther away than the other two CVS's I used in the past but I decided to try this one after a family member highly recommended them. i'm so glad that I did. The staff are really nice and helpful and they come to the window right away & never leave me waiting. They made sure to mention a possible contraindication of two meds I'm taking which the other CVS's never bothered to do. (In this case it was something my doc and I were already aware of and i'm being carefully monitored, but it was still nice to know that the pharmacist noticed and made a point to inform me. Yes that is something any good pharmacist should be doing but in my experience they don't always bother). Initially I had just filled one medication here to see how it went. Honestly it felt way less aggravating to pick up from here than the other locations. So I transferred all my other scripts to this one. I hope they keep up the great service, as long as they do I will continue to use...

I will avoid this store as much as possible. I'm a black male that wears a back pack and its unaccptablee how im treated. Some womens purses are bigger than my backpack. Its ridiculous how they harrass you when you are using self check out. If i needed help i would of just went to a cashier . I will avoid this store as much as possible because they profile particular races. Its 2024 and discrimanation is unacceptable. Also why do they ask you what race you are, when filling out job applications if race didnt matter. FYI if i needed help. I would ask. One particular racist karen was telling me to calm down like she knows me or something. Who wouldnt get upset when you take your backpack off and sat it down on top of the scanner and one of the employees keep on saying " it doesnt work if something is sitting on the scanner" Actually it does work when you are at the part were you are selecting payment type. I'am in the store all the time so i think i know how to use self check out. Overall it was a horrible experience and the manager was just standing there looking lost. This is directed to the store manager Sheila Thompson. Why is your evening employees so rude? I came in for a simple purchase around 8 pm on Saturday, and there was nobody at the front counter. Then an Indian/Asian older woman comes up with her ear buds in having a full conversation and rings me up. She never stopped her conversation, never said hi or even acknowledged me. Then when the transaction was complete she never said thank you, have a good night, etc. I even said thanks to her and she straight out ignored me. This is totally unacceptable, if you wanna have a conversation do it on your own time....
