Oishi Sushi Express — Restaurant in Cherry Hill Township

Grand opening of this sushi & hibachi takeout restaurant!

A friend told me about it, so I decided to give it a try since I was around town.

I ordered some Sashimi a La Carte and Out of Control Rolls to dine in and some rolls to take out for my family. All the tuna, yellowtail, salmon and escolar were very fresh! Oh, the Out of Control rolls tasted crispy, crunchy, tender, creamy and spicy all in one bite! You must try them out!

I ordered Super Tuna Roll with kizami wasabi and Dancing Crab Stick Roll with eel sauce to take home for my picky daughter, and she loved them!

This is more a fast food restaurant with the quality that is none less than a high-end Japanese restaurant but would cost much less. Only that their hibachi is cooked in the kitchen for you to eat at the restaurant or take out to go, not like the party atmosphere kind. So if you want to go to a regular hibachi cooking in front of you with a party, you may need to go to Akira on Main Street Moorestown.

BTW, the restaurant is neat and bright, seatings are spacious. Staff are all very friendly and attentive. Their open work station looks very clean.

Though my pictures showed no customers inside, it's because I came late in the afternoon after mealtime. Later some customers came in to order at the self-order station, though.

My first time trying this place and I have to say honestly it was really good the we ordered the Vegetable noodles and vegetable Fried Rice and 8 cucumber rolls and one avocado roll and everything was skillfully seasoned it wasn't too salty and tasted fresh and honestly 1 of the best sushi spots I have eaten at thus far customer service 10 out of 10. If I had to critic a couple of things they would be to have a vegetarian section of the menu so those who are vegetarians can easily find their vegetarian options or at least put a symbol next to the vegetarian options and Though the atmosphere was bright and inviting And had more of a modern fill to it the Space provided is more of like a quick sit down and eat It is not catered to seat a large group other than that, I was greeted with such warmth and excitement and the gentleman that greeted me was very knowledgeable and filled me in on the specials that they were running and gave me a very thoughtful gift I love the gift that they gave it was a box with a modern shaped spoon and a fork and chopsticks which I thought was really really cute and I really hope that this spot becomes successful, Right now they are running a 50% off special so I would definitely utilize Especially if it's your first time dining there...

This place is right across the street from where I work, and I come over to this plaza every now and again, but I never noticed this place before. I decided to stop in, and I wasn’t disappointed. The environment was clean and friendly, the service was professional, and the food was prompt and delicious! Funny story: when I came in the place, there was an elderly lady who appeared to be Japanese already inside, dining in (she was the only other person in there, and the place is small).
