Absolutely the most horrendous service Iāve ever witnessed and received. Iāve been here a few times and itās pretty obvious how cheap they are in terms of quality -not price. I was actually overcharged prior to my most recent visit. The time prior I mentioned something about my work life and after doing so felt I was overcharged especially in comparison to what I had paid a few weeks before. I returned again after feeling I was overcharged to get the same thing done to my nails in order to confirm that yes I was most certainly overcharged the time prior, by $30.
Not only that, but when I went most recently to get my nails done they cut 3 of my cuticles and when they started to instead of stopping, the nail tech CONTINUED TO FILE over the cuts making it worse.
Not to mention the acrylics -they were the worst quality Iāve ever had. Iāve been getting my nails done since highschool and Iāve never had anything this bad. The acrylic was in globs all over and under my nail. And they just left it there until I mentioned it and then acted annoyed that I wanted it filed off from under my nail. It looked terrible and even after that it still looked terrible and crooked and lumpy. Im not sure if the person doing my nails had ever used acrylic powder before but from where I was sitting it certainly didnāt seem like she had. The shape and length of my nail was also wrong and I said that and asked for it to be fixed after she cut the first nail too short and I was told there āwasnāt any time to fix it.ā (There was they just didnāt want to take the time to fix it).
Very rushed and rude and seem to only care about getting you in and out with no concern for what you (the paying customer) ask for.
Overall the service was terrible, not just to me but to other customers as well. The way the nail techs laughed and talked about another customer in front of her face just because she asked the nail tech to fix something wrong with her nail, it was unacceptable. Everyone in the store saw what happened it was incredibly disrespectful of the nail tech. Very mean girl behavior and then they tried to charge this customer for the mistake the nail tech made as if it was the customers fault the nail techs were too busy gossiping and laughing to paint a straight line.
Worst service Iāve ever had, almost criminal considering how much I was overcharged before, and after this last visit I will not be returning. Save your time and money and go...

I was confused when I saw that women who came in after me were being helped and assisted immediately. I didnāt make a fuss, however, because I know that there may be previously scheduled appointments ahead of me walking in. But then after the last woman was assisted before even fully getting through the door and to the desk, I made eye contact with the receptionist and she asked me if I needed somebody. I said yes I signed in and Iād like this particular service to which I was asked if I had an appointment i said, no but I signed in. She said u donāt have appointment, again I said no and she walked off. The next person came in door asked for service said they also didnāt have appointment, she points at me and says to her āyouāll go before him.ā I am a 36 year old woman! Who was being constantly ignored because the assumption was that I was a man and I guess men donāt get serviced equally in this salon either! So as she actually came and assisted that young lady before me I got up and left! Iāve never felt more degraded! That I was misgendered and then mistreated and ultimately she was wrong! EDIT: Iāve been a patron of this nail salon, despite what the response says. My most recent visit was on 10/26; I have the card statement to prove it, which Iām happy to add to this review in the event that I am continued to be questioned. There is no restriction nor a timeline on reviews nor does the date of my visit negate the experience that I had. Regardless, I implore you to research the definition of the word "recent" as three months is perfectly within the parameters of the word.
Your sign-in system is not reliable as I use a nickname when my information is forced to be given, as it is at your business. This dismissive response and refusal to acknowledge horrible customer service is an example of what you will deal with at this nail salon as a customer. The response to this review simply speaks for itself.
I've called the salon and the manager conveniently was not available to speak with me. The receptionist has my phone number and I have yet to be contacted. If there are questions regarding a review, the correct response is NOT to suggest that a customer has lied about their experience. Instead, a well-run business would have responded in a much more positive light and tried to make the situation right. At the end of the day, my acrylics were RIPPED OFF. This is unacceptable for a nail salon, so I will be warning others.
Knocking my review from two stars to one star based on the ill-willed response to my review. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
