Wanted to love it! They forced me to hate it! ---- Let me start off by saying my FAVORITE meal is a fresh delicious salad, so when I noticed a place called "Just Salad" open in Cherryhill I was excited! But that excitement was VERY short lived. My first order was the Adobo Chicken Salad.. and guess what they forgot to put in it? If you guessed THE CHICKEN, of all things, you're absolutely correct!! They also neglected to give me the side of bread I ordered. But people make mistakes, right? Well.... mistakes are understandable if they aren't habitual and if there are adequate ways of correcting them! But by giving this location a second chance, I quickly learned that these kind of mistakes are routine AND the business' way of "correcting" said mistakes, 100% benefit the business and not the customer... Which leads me to Round 2 at Just Salad in Cherry Hill. My husband ordered a salad for me and a wrap for himself and my daughter. My salad order had sweet potato. He was informed it would take an extra 20 minutes for the sweet potato and he graciously waited. During this time, his food and my daughter's food grew cold. Only to find out that after wasting 20 minutes of his time before he had to leave for work, those sweet potatoes were NEVER put in the salad! Just like the chicken never made it to my salad the time prior. A total disregard of the customers request and time. Not only that, the side of bread was missing AGAIN.. This time we decided NOT to shrug our shoulders and make the best of it. We called. What we should have received was a refund, at least for the salad, even tho the wraps weren't fresh by the time we all ate, due to the establishment wasting our family's time. Refunding the item THEY messed up on would have been the right thing to do. Instead, we were offered a measly $10 credit to come back and be disappointed again... which does NOT benefit the inconvenienced customer.. it only benefits the business by "forcing" you to come back a third time. Well... we wont be. This location needs better training, this establishment needs better customer service and the food is just not worth that hassle. I wanted to LOVE This place. Unfortunately, they caused my family to hate it. 1 star and that's...
Read moreVery large and clean. Enter the queue on the left. Large pickup area on the right. Has guest wifi.
For the environmentally conscious consumer, think it's near to have the CO2 usage per product.
You can (possibly)? Get a discount for reusable bowls.
'Pick 2': salad bowl is a medium; that's probably half height of their default bowl size. Thought it was pretty filling anyway.
Very large windows spanning the corner, wonder if it'll get hot inside when busy and sunny.
Service seems nice.
Tokyo Supergreens with chicken is a bit light on the dressing (even with heavy option) to mask some of the bitterness. Also very light on the chicken, I'm guessing most of the protein is in the edamame. Bread is like a bread stick. Or like the crust of a pizza slice lol.
Crispy chicken Poblano is very good.
Thai chicken crunch is okay. It's just salad. Added some hot sauce.
Smoothies are okay. Come in a compostable cup and reed straw. Cup felt a bit flimsy as it sat, probably absorbing moisture but it still held up....
Read moreThe atmosphere is super inviting, The food is freshly prepared in front of you, the restaurant is clean, There is in-house and outside seating options, I had no problem finding parking. Special thank you Josue. This is my second time visiting this restaurant, I told him which dish I tried the first time and he gave me a phenomenal suggestion of a new dish Which I tried and I really enjoyed! He paid attention when I said I did not want anything spicy, you allowed me to sample the flavor of the drinks before purchasing a beverage, And gave me an option of sampling the food. He even took time to greet every customer that set in the dining room area to eat. He needs a promotion! Seriously, his customer service skills set the bar high! I will...
