Monster Mini Golf Cherry Hill — Attraction in Cherry Hill Township

We went here today after calling yesterday to ask what pandemic procedures were. The super sweet girl who was working told me the run-down, stated we didn’t need reservations and told me what time they opened. Great! We got there when the girl said they opened (11am) and it was locked. We called, the answering machine picked up also stating the hours were 11am. All signs outside the facility said 12pm AND their website says 12pm (so I literally couldn’t be mad at all) but we only arrived because the girl said 11 the day prior. Miscommunications happen. Big deal. The owner happened to pull up at 11:15 insisting he would find out why it was locked and to just give him a second. He came out a minute later apologizing over and over saying there was a mistake on their machine and sorry we were told 11 and said they opened at 12. The man who owns this establishment was the most professional, courteous, and kind person. With 4 kids in tow, he knew exactly what he was doing. Besides the numerous apologies, he threw us a free round of golf and an arcade voucher and told us to come back in a few minutes as he would start turning things on now. We came back at noon and everyone left super happy. Because of this interaction, we will be back many, many times. I highly recommend this place for a fun time out during this uneasy time. (To add, the friendly staff were walking around cleaning and sanitizing the entire time. Also, cleanest public restrooms I’ve ever seen...

I purchased 6 tickets through Groupon. I called on Wednesday and spoke to a gentleman in the phone. I explained that I wanted to bring my daughter ave a few friends in on Sunday. I asked if we needed reservations and I asked if I needed to golf with them, I was told no to both questions. On Sunday, we arrived at 1pm and were told that there was a 35 minute wait due to a birthday party, I said okay - do I need to put my name in or anything and the young lady told me no to just come back in 35 minutes. We left and returned 35 minutes later. When I walked up to the counter she said, we are actually still on a wait, I said how long and she responded "about a half hour". I asked why I was told to come back in 35 minutes and now am being told another 30 minutes. She said "I told you 35 minutes like 10 minutes ago" , I said no, I was here at 1 it's now 1:40, and you are adding time. She said, "Sorry, there's nothing I can do, we have a birthday party". When we were at the counter at 1, there was no one in the course (maybe they were in the party room), at 1:40 there were 3 people on the course. Just poor business execution. When I called earlier in the week the gentleman should have explained that waits can happen, the young ladies at the front of the desk should have a better grasp on time frames. I now have 6 tickets that won't get used that I can't get...

We had an absolutely incredible time at Monster Mini Golf! The experience was truly unique, as we played indoors surrounded by a vibrant blacklight ambiance that infused the game with an exciting energy. The glowing neon colors illuminated the ornate decor of the venue, with whimsical sculptures and imaginative designs bringing the course to life in a mesmerizing way.

On top of that, the air conditioning provided a refreshing escape from the sweltering heat outside, enhancing our enjoyment and allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the playful atmosphere. This turned out to be the perfect date idea, blending fun and excitement with a bit of friendly competition that kept us both engaged and laughing.

To our pleasant surprise, the prices were quite reasonable considering the level of fun and entertainment offered. Each hole brought its own set of challenges, which we navigated while cheering each other on. The only minor drawback was the slight congestion we experienced at certain points during the game; given the place's popularity, a crowd was to be expected. However, it did little to diminish our overall enjoyment, as we found ourselves caught up in the playful spirit around us.
