Techy Cell phone Repair - Inside Walmart - Repair — Attraction in Chesapeake

This is a great place for phone service. I can’t comment on the quality of work because I ended up not needing my camera replaced but I can endorse the integrity of the owner. I thought my camera was broken but it was only the protector that I did not know was on the camera. He could have taken me for my money but he was honest. I ended up buying a new camera protector and a new case anyway. Id definitely recommend.

If I could get negative stars, I would give negative stars. I am sitting at the techie place. I was told my computer with them in three days which made it have made it Sunday. Then I was told it’s done, but it was not in the store now I was told to come back out. I was told it would be here by 1 o’clock today and it is 146 and the store is not open and I need my computer which I was promised yesterday worst Customer service I I’ll make sure that every person I know does not ever come to this techie...

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

They have employees leave reviews to boost their ratings, which is false advertising. They do NOT own up to any mistakes they make, and they will not help if something goes wrong. You will be overcharged, only to be left with a broken device. They have very poor communication, and will not respond or be on time at all.
